Pros: Hotel was under renovation and there were no breakfast in the hotel. The only option was a TGI Fridays attached to the facility.

Cons: Lost and found system could be simpler.

Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Very nice spacious rooms (and we appreciated the upgrades), and conveniently located for our days at Universal.

Cons: Recrediting the deposit could be quicker - 5 days later and I’m still waiting.

No issues , great value base close to universal

Pros: Great value Just used as a one night base when arriving late in Orlando before moving over to Hard Rock Even walked over to universal late on was just 15/20 mins

Good location.

Pros: Great location for both universal studios and premium outlet shopping area. Also linked to TGI Fridays.

Cons: It all looks a bit tired in terms of carpets. There was only one lift working. Steep cost for car parking

Pros: The location was perfect. The hotel is in close proximity to universal studios and islands of adventures as well as other amenities. Ideal location

Overall a great place to stay and will be back

Pros: The location to the parks was really good.. a stones throw away to other amenities was a plus.. Having a TGI Fridays attached to the hotel also added to the convenience The concierge and other staff were really pleasant and welcoming

Cons: We had an issue with access to hot water in our bathroom for almost 2 days

It was overall a good stay.

Pros: I was happy the restaurant was close to the hotel and the travel desk was in the hotel and provided shuttle to the Universal Studio.

Cons: I had booked the hotel with breakfast....but, when i reached the hotel...i was told the room is without breakfast. Also, the coffee maker was not working and had to be replaced at least 3 times which was a little frustrating as i couldn't have morning coffee.

Pros: The location & shuttle service were very helpful. We stayed there overnight so we could get an early start at Universal the next day after our flight.

Cons: The shuttle's fill up very quickly!
