Excellent stay!

Pros: I loved my stay! The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were spacious and modern – including the gym, laundry area, and outdoor terrace. The staff were always kind and attentive! We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Orlando. We used the shuttle service to Universal Park, and everything went perfectly.

Pros: Immaculately clean & impressive building with very good facilities

Cons: Asked the front desk for an extra blanket & 2 pillows as we had 5 adults sharing an apartment. The blanket was delivered but the pillows never arrived even though we asked for them a second time.

Meets expectations

Pros: It is very close to Universal and there is a shuttle bus there which you can reserve . We did walk back though. The breakfast is convenient. The room is large enough to fit a family of 5.

Cons: There is no safe in the room. You don’t need to take electronics or passports to the theme park. I would have felt better leaving them in a safe in the room which many hotels have, but not this one

Very comfortable!

Pros: Room was big, modern and comfortable. Breakfasts were not so crowded. Clean, not too big, comfortable. There was no problem with extension of our stay by 1 day.

Cons: Small swimming pool. The most important disadvantage was that one of the lift was broken and we couldn’t sleep 2-3 nights. After several questions at the reception desk they offered us another room. We moved but the room was much worse.
