The service was amazing, but the rest of the experience was adequate for the price.

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The WiFi was terrible. You are forced to paid for an upgraded version and it was not very reliable. The walls are very thin, so I could hear the next door's TV at 4am in the morning. Since I was traveling from overseas and had jet lag, it wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been an issue without jet lag.

Cons: People were loud walking in the hallway & it seemed like a lot of people knocked on or hit our door walking by. It may have been kids playing. However, I didn’t tell the staff & I don’t blame them & I dot want it to affect their rating.

Me and my daughter had a very good experience during our stay.

Pros: I liked the location and the kindness of the staff. They never complained whenever I needed something or had a question. Was there for two weeks and they made it ever comfortable for me and my daughter. The room was very nice and clean so I definitely would recommend to others.

Pros: Very comfortable room with a small kitchen. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean. Laundry room, pet friendly, oversized parking. The front staff was very kind and helpful. Overall a nice quiet place to stay!

Cons: Stairways and hallway were kinda dirty, I believe many people actually live here and have pets ( not really an issue, just pointing it out). No breakfast, even though our booking included breakfast. There were 3 muffins on a table, no coffee or drinks...

Pros: The staff was amazing. I had horrible luck at the other booking and this one took me and my toddler. Helped with my bags when I was completely overwhelmed and way past exhausted. 10/10 the staff was so friendly

Pros: Everything was great staff is great they just forget to mention everybody needs they’re id if they are staying in the room and the fire alarms goes off when u cook and it gets smoky

Pros: En general mis viajes a USA me dan problemas de acidez estomacal. En el hotel pudimos preparar el desayuno ya que tiene cocina, platos, vasos, sartenes y eso hizo una gran diferencia
