Pros: Great location close to the Universal Parks. Big and comfortable rooms, clean, nice and helpfull stuff. Really nice place to stay.
Cons: Breakfasts. As usuall in a whole USA’s Hotels breakfasts are disaster. No vegetables, served on the plastic, a lot of unhealthy food. I was actually expecting that and I like fried becon, sausages etc. They were really yumny. But even I was missing some slices of ham, cheese, tomato or cucumber. Don’t expect brrakfast in the „European style”. I beleive it’s the only thing that might be improoved in this hotel. They might even rise the prices only by having good healthy brekfasts and beeing unique among the other Hotels next door. Especially that most of guest are european families comming to visit entertainment parks. I would pay extra for a good breakfast offer.

Pros: This is an easy 20 minute walk from City Walk. There are half a dozen places to eat near by and the neighbourhood feels safe. The first impressions of the hotel are that it is Basic, maybe a UK 2-star, and a bit dated, *BUT* when you think about the price, and the location and the fact that its a place to sleep in comfort, it is well worth the money and faultless.
Cons: Just a tiny bit dated now…. But thats why its in the price bracket!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a real highlight—plenty of variety to suit different tastes, with fresh and tasty options each morning. Great value for money overall, especially considering the quality of the facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Universal parks, and they also offer complimentary shuttle service, which was super convenient. Uber rides were quick and easy when needed. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Not a big deal but it would be amazing to have a few more time options for shuttle

Excellent stay!!
Pros: Very very clean. Close to Universal studios and other (ie restaurant, Target etc). Breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Ms Kayla, very helpful and friendly.
Cons: bottled water was not prepared in the room. you have to go down and ask from front desk.

Great stay near Universal Studio
Pros: Very nice stay with a great staff. Everybody from check in, to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff, thank you! On arrival, I have requested a quiet room and I was given one. Thank you! On the other hand, we find little bugs between the beds by the table/lamp…everyday. We stayed 4 nights. The bathroom is getting old. The tap is the shower/bath is really hard to switch off and water still leaks.

Great value for money. Will stay again.
Pros: Location, comfort, breakfast was great but the staff stood out. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The carpets and some other features in the building could use some upgrade but nothing major. The state of the facility is overall good. Very clean.

I recommend it for accommodation with the aim of visiting amusement parks.
Pros: was in January. came to visit Universal Park but was unlucky with the weather, it was very cold. The accommodation is good, everything was as expected. I did not use the spa so I can not say anything
