We were satisfied and I hope to return.

Pros: Hotel with good value for money, friendly reception, good location and good breakfast too. I would also like to commend an excellent woman receptionist who speaks three languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Cons: This is not a criticism, just an observation. A Brazilian woman receptionist informed us that if we wanted early check-in, we would have to pay $56. I found that quite expensive.

Pros: Really enjoyed my time there. It was clean and comfortable, without noise during night time. Location is great for a visit to Universal Studios.

Cons: The gym could be refurbished a bit. The complimentary breakfast was OK but nothing to die for.

Pros: I was generally satisfied with my stay at the hotel. In particular, the breakfast was excellent, and it felt like a lot of care and attention had been put into it.

Pros: We’ve stayed here a few time and always found it nice

Cons: Unfortunately the breakfast food has declined If you like little donuts covered in powdered sugar and don’t mind them being very dry you’re ok No yoghurts or fruit and plenty of waffles or pancakes if you like to fill up with carbohydrates

Pros: Close to universal and free shuttle offered to universal studios daily, clean room and daily housekeeping, free coffee and water 24/7. Good location for those visiting universal studios. EVANE that reception girl, she is a gem, an asset for the hotel. Her smile and charism made our stay. The boss need to give her promotion. We miss her already

Cons: I think breakfast should not be the same everyday, need more option like a fruit and yoghurt. Extending the shuttle service to Epic universe should be considered
