The Tiny Cottage in the Springs/ Central FL

Nice place would recommend

Pros: Nice little house with everything You need. Hostess Albia is very friendly and helpful.

The Tiny Cottage was quiet, roomier than a hotel room, and in a perfect location!

Pros: My daughter had a dance competition at the local high school. We had never stayed in the area and were surprised by how easy it was to go everywhere we needed to go. Everything was between five and eight minutes away. The host was willing to help with anything we needed. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The patio was quaint and private. And the area seemed very safe.

Property manager was very nice and helpful for making our stay fun and pleasant.

It was fucking Amaze-balls!!!! The host was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Pros: Everything! Beautiful place, the host was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The unit was great! Private, clean, a beautiful porch and garden area! I was impressed with the amenities and everything with this tiny house.

Cons: Nothing. Not a damn thing. It is prime location for both east coast beaches and theme parks. Neverminding the vibrant local culture. It is a beautiful place, in a quiet, safe place.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr toll. Sie war gemütlich und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Adorable place and much larger than you might expect!

Pros: The place is adorable! I could live in it full-time :-). It had everything we needed, and more. The hostess was also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The neighborhood is a little noisy - but that is not the hostesses fault.

Absolutely perfect I highly recommend for couples or if you just want to hang out.

Pros: It’s very private u can sit on the porch and talk. Play cards whatever you like. It’s off the main road but close enough to everything.

Cons: That we didn’t use the second room because it was only crawl space. Good for children not adults

It was a nice stay, we enjoyed it.

Pros: The cottage was adorable and cute. It was very helpful to have been texted instructions on our stay. It was just nice having everything listed so I can check off what to do and what not to do. From the beginning to the end of our stay. I really enjoyed getting messages from the owner to make sure everything was ok and if we need anything to send her a message. The bed was comfy, and it was wonderful to have blankets since I always get cold and always have to make the room cold cuz my boyfriend always gets hot. So I LOVED the blankets they were extremely cozy. Everything in the bathroom so was neat. The towels were wrapped in a cute fancy way which I liked. It was my boyfriend and I anniversary so since we had some outside plans for the day we decided to cook and was so awesome to have the stove top. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed it and felt very welcome. Definitely would recommend the stay and thinking already of coming back one day.
