Perfect for family and couples looking to stay near universal theme parks.

Pros: Best location in case planning to visit Universal Theme parks or shop at premium outlets. Daily Shuttle bus ride to Universal and Epic Parks. An Uber ride will cost you about 5-10 USD. Staff were very courteous. Best Coffee in town, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The Walgreens supermarket is within walking distance (3 mins), and a Burger King outlet is nearby.

Cons: As we stayed for about 5 nights, the breakfast got a bit repetitive. I suggest changes because Cheese Omelette and Sausages were repeated almost daily.

Great hotel for the price-A* welcome, the lady on the desk really is a credit to the hotel. Good location for Universal-

Pros: The lady on the front desk was absolutely lovely-so friendly & welcoming & a really nice ‘welcome to Florida’ after a long journey & an additional 2 hour wait at the airport because of lightening The room was fine & for us as a family of 4 it was really handy to have a separate ‘room’ between the shower/toilet & the sink (so one person could be showering whilst another was getting ready in there & a third dressing in the main bedroom) really handy for getting out easier in the morning Kids liked taking a dip in the pool Rooms were a great size for a family & the addition of the sofa bed was a bonus

Cons: There was nothing that massively caused an issue for us & nothing that would stop ur staying again but I would have to mention how crazy the prices were in the reception for food (I know generally prices will be higher but we got 4 packs of crisps & 4 drinks & it was $60! 😳 plus not prices were listed) The other thing I found were that guests were really quite loud & nothing was done about that-it seems on our floor there were a few groups in different rooms & at one point they had the doors open playing music whilst congregating in the corridor-not really the hotels fault I know

Nice rooms close to Universal

Pros: Great location close to Universal. Nice big room. There was one super nice gentleman working at breakfast.

Cons: We waited for the free shuttle to Universal for 25 mins, then got an uber. The fridge in our room was so cold, our food froze. It was a bit loud at night from the corridor because the doors don‘t fully shut, there‘s a gap at the bottom. Unfortunately, there were no dairy-free options at breakfast.

Pros: Delicious breakfast, super nice staff who helped us resolve our issue, highly recommended! 😍

Fair but in some aspects unpleasant.

Pros: Front desk personel, breakfast, shuttle to Universal.

Cons: Room assigment, Room 600 should not be a room. Proximity to ice machine and elevator makes it a living hell all day long. Loud people arriving during late hours and early people rushing in the morning getting ice for the parks. Room temperature was very hot . No way to turn it down. You cant adjust using the wall or the ac unit controls. We slept with no comfort at 75 degress. On previous stays it was different and cheaper.

Pros: Tha service was excellent, the attention nice and the best thing of the hotel was th Hot Breakfast, they have a variety in the menu.

Cons: Clean litter more th shower

A very well thought out room and facilities.

Pros: Loved the fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine in the room, which was spacious. The shower was fabulous too, a good jet stream going, I didn’t want to get out. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the inclusive breakfast very handy. What I was more chuffed about as a coffee-holic was the fact that there was free hot coffee in reception any time of the day or night with selection of milks or creamers. This was extremely welcome. The property is also a short drive away from my favourite shopping place, the Mall at Millenia (which has a Cheesecake Factory in it - double bonus)! Also the hotel was very accommodating when I arrived earlier than the official check in time, this was very much appreciated. The other thing that made my life easier was carts or bell boy type carts in the hotel foyer which made taking the luggage up to the room a breeze.

Cons: The only thing I really missed in the room was not having a chest of drawers for underwear etc, this did seem odd to me but maybe it’s a British thing. Also the area might not be suitable for some as near quite a busy road but for me this made getting places very easy.

Safe, clean, really nice breakfast

Pros: The personal at the front desk was extremely welcoming, really nice, friendly and even game my baby a goodie bag for thanksgiving. Really nice products at the bathroom and I really liked my breakfast.

Cons: Rooms are quite small but they are fine.

Pros: Everything was excellent, Staff behaviour was good, Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were good. Cleanliness was quite good. Beds were little small to sleep for 2 people. Overall was very good.
