Perfect for families

Pros: Location to the resorts Free resort bus Staff super friendly and helpful Breakfast buffet value for money and staff knew us from day 1. Pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day at the parks.

Easy quick stay

Pros: Locality to universal & restaurants was ideal (10 min walk) & really good brekky (oh and free warm cookies at check in & check out)

Cons: Paying for parking ($33 + Tax) & charged over $8 for 2 cans of diet coke 😱 and only a short term issue (but wasn't ideal) all TV services were down while we were there.

A very comfortable stay

Pros: I loved how comfortable the beds were. I was in a double bed queen room and it was massive. Loved the facilities. The staff kept the room really clean and all the amenities that one would need for a comfortable stay were available

Really good, but don’t use the restaurant.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic, our server Daniel was great.

Cons: Bar & grill restaurant was overly priced, food wasn’t very good, chicken was over cooked & dry & the fresh fish was frozen. The service charge already added & was ridiculous.
