Hyatt Place across from Universal Orlando Resort

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel near Universal Park. The location is extremely convenient—only about five minutes from the park, which made everything easy and stress-free. Parking was excellent: plenty of spaces right in front of the hotel, and we never had any trouble finding a spot. The hotel itself is comfortable and well designed. Our room was bright, clean, and very modern, with stylish furniture and a fresh, contemporary look. We also appreciated the small kitchen, which made the stay even more convenient for our family. A special highlight was the lovely heated outdoor pool—we spent time there after visiting the park, and it was the perfect way to relax. Overall, our family had a great time in Orlando and at Universal Park, and staying in this wonderful hotel made the trip even better. Highly recommended.

Pros: There was enough parking space, so I didn't have a problem.

Cons: I didn't understand why the actual card amount between the reservation amount of Booking.com and the receipt were different. I couldn't understand because of my poor English skills. The bathroom door is hard to get in

Excellent value and convenience

Pros: When I stayed at the hotel, I found it to be an excellent choice for guests visiting the nearby theme parks. The convenient location close to the park is a significant advantage. It had a complimentary shuttle service to the parks, which was very simple to arrange and use. This, combined with the hotel’s close proximity to the attractions, makes travel hassle-free I was genuinely impressed by the size of the room. It was incredibly spacious - far more than expected. Starting the day was easy, thanks to a delicious breakfast. It was a great, tasty offering that added to the overall pleasant experience. If you are looking for spacious comfort, fantastic amenities like the free shuttle and pool, and excellent overall value near the parks, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Great location and comfortable stay

Pros: Comfortable room, there is a shuttle to the Universal Studios (you can reserve seat right in the hotel). Nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes walk. But some food you can find in the hotel. Good breakfast for $8

Cons: No bottle of water in the room

This is a very good value family option that is close universal. I would stay here again.

Pros: Close to universal, quiet at night time. Good value breakfast

Cons: Very tight bathroom. No room for suitcases once pulled out sofa bed. Air con was very noisy so could not have it on during the night

Pros: The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel is walking distance from Universal and very comfortable.

Cons: The lobby bar is only ok, but the rest of the hotel is great.

Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The room was large and airy and the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when I had to have a package sent to the hotel from the UK.

Cons: It was difficult to get into the bathroom as it was quite tight between the toilet and shower!
