Great hotel around universal studios and outlets

Pros: The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable. Great location, close to universal studio, outlets, restaurants around.

Cons: The pressure in the shower was not strong at all

Basic

Pros: Location was further from theme parks and local attractions which meant that the streets are quiet and I got a great nights sleep. Free hot beverages by reception was fantastic especially when the weather dropped in the evening. Bus stop is 5 mins walk and $2 for a transfer ticket which lasts an hour and a half to take 2 buses to universal Orlando which is much cheaper than Uber and 50mins journey in total to citywalk/universal. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are great in size and facilities are handy when buying food/groceries to eat in the hotel.

Cons: Hotel is further out to Walt Disney and universal so higher in rate for the rooms compared to closer hotels that are a lot cheaper but I assume it’s because it is a newish hotel so that is what you are paying for. Otherwise cleaning and breakfast options were basic. Same food everyday and cleaning not regular so had to ask for different options in the kitchen and consistently ask for the room to be cleaned, otherwise it would not have been done. Do not expect this hotel to acknowledge an anniversary/occasion like other hotels in the past I have stayed in because it was my birthday and often I am welcomed to a small complimentary ‘gift’ and towel decoration but I got back to the room and only was welcomed to an untidy room.

Slightly over-priced however comfortable stay & great waffles!

Pros: Great breakfast - loved the waffles!! Lovely quiet hotel - hardly any children which was a bonus. Slept very well, nice big comfy beds and clean rooms. Close to Universal parks and other fun attractions (via car though).

Cons: We relied on walking/Ubers and didn't feel comfortable walking around the area at night. Quite far to walk to International Drive - further than we thought! Would have been good to have room refresh/beds made daily like with other hotels. The front doors weren't locked when returning late in the evenings so anyone could walk in - this made me paranoid. Also no swipe card access for the lifts so again, anyone could have walked in and come up to your hotel room door. Appreciated the kitchenette however no saucepans or pans so a bit pointless really as couldn't cook anything! Also no kettle, only coffee-maker so could not have cups of tea. Bit pricey compared to other hotels who may have been closer to Universal parks and/or had more cooking appliances!

One of my better hotel choices on International Drive!

Pros: Customer service, location, (close availability of I-ride stop #2) close shopping options, restaurants, cleanliness, laundry convenience, delivery of packages, kitchenette, comfortable rooms,

Cons: Breakfast... I'm vegetarian and my only options were bread/waffles/yogurt. Fresh fruit like melons and a potato option (hash browns or other) would be nice.

Okay, but I would try a different option next time.

Pros: Hotel was clean and near to the Universal Parks. Staff was always friendly but sometimes forget the requests: we had to ask twice for body soap.

Cons: I had to call 3 times to the front desk to ask them to low or turn off the music in the barbecue area, right below our room. They had it playing loudly the entire night during 5-6 days. Breakfast is exactly the same everyday (I was there for 14 days) only 1 or 2 items was a bit different from day to day. Also, they take too long to restock the breakfast items.

Pros: Nice big room. Soft fluffy towels, great location near shops. Breakfast was ok. Facilities with kitchen room was great. No saucepan but we didn't need it.

Cons: Bed was awfilul uncomfortable. Pillows were so flat. Noisy teens running around hotel during the night making noise and that was for 2 nights. Other than those issues i definitely think about staying there again.

Pros: This hotel is well located, it is near universal studios. You can take an uber o Lyft to get there easily and it is not pricy. There is good breakfast with a variety of options. The breakfast area is big enough and cleaned. Staff is nice. We had a good experience here. Rooms are cleaned and have everything you need for a good stay.

Cons: The room where the bed is should have better lights.

Cons: Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday.

Good Hotel for 3 stars with good facilities.

Pros: The hotel is simple, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and included a small kitchen with adequate utensils and a dishwasher, which was very convenient. However, house keeping is done every alternate day and not everyday. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ drive from the three Universal parks, though a bit farther from Disney World. There’s also a large outlet mall within a 5-minute walk, and the area felt safe with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even better. Breakfast was OK. The only downsides were that our room view faced the parking garage and there was no in-room safe provided. Overall, a great option for families or travelers visiting Universal, with good amenities and a convenient location.

Pros: Very comfortable days we spend there. Nearby to some outlets and accessible to other places.

Cons: Could improve on the breakfast
