Pros: Very good location, also the hotel doesn't charge to receive packages.

Cons: The shower pressure was very weak, also no EV chargers in the parking lot.

Great! Would come back easily!!

Pros: Really enjoyed my stay! Staff very helpful and polite! The room was even better than the pictures, very clean and the bed was very confortable and ideal to well rest after a long day walking at the parks. The bathroom was extremely clean. The location was perfect, 8 minutes by car to Universal.

Cons: The breakfast could have more fresh options, but it was not bad. They had coffee, tea and fresh water all day long, so it was not a problem for me!

Pros: The shuttle service was great and the bed was comfortable. Love the free water upon arrival.

Cons: The bed sheet was dirty. The breakfast is really bad and too much plastic is involved.

Great value for the location

Pros: The location was good, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was complete and the breakfast was plenty and with option to take away or take food to the room

Cons: The TV was kinda old, but not a big issue. The shuttle is only 6 times one way, we didn’t want to wait for the last one that was at 8pm, so we came came walking. Luckily it was not far, around 25 minutes
