Simply a flawless experience that felt just like home

Pros: They made us feel right at home throughout our stay and helped with everything. Everything was perfect. It offered excellent value for money. If I could give them an 11 out of 10, I certainly would.

Pros: Quick and efficient to check in. Staf very friendly and helpful on checking in and out. Rooms were huge and bed was very comfy. Would stay again.

Cons: Nothing to dislike it was perfect.

it was the 1st time we used AI and it was tbe best hotel we could hope to get

Pros: The location is few minutes from Universal Studios, The international outlet is nesby as well, free parking, very nice staff

Nice to stay

Pros: Location close to adventure parks. Nice gym and pool, parking included, coffee in lobby included.

Fantastic Property where you’re in a safe place and prime location!

Pros: The location is perfect for going to all the Universal parks but it has easy access to the I-4 so you can head to Disney World as well. The property was clean, easy to navigate and safe. They lock the inner doors to the lobby after 11pm and the front desk has to buzz you in or your room key can get you is. This just added to how safe the property is. The staff was AMAZING they were all knowledgeable and ready to help with any issues if they came up. The property was clean and it really felt like a vacation when you’re there. Tina the manger was amazing and helped us a lot, which were especially grateful for due to some health issues one of our party had. Umi was amazing as well with helping us sort out a billing issue. Izzy was amazing at check in and in answering all our questions.

Cons: I do wish there were more parking spaces but that’s only if I’m being really nitpicky about

Brilliant stay, clean, comfortable beds, amazing staff.

Pros: Fantastic stay , clean comfortable room, helpful staff especially Jimmy who helped me print my cruise luggage labels and Kizzy who was great. Definitely stay here next time we visit Orlando. Highly recommend.

Good value clean hotel.

Pros: Clean and modern. Used for a convention lasting 4 days and sure it would be ok for a similar time visiting the theme parks. Staff friendly and no hesitation recommending.
