Good hotel and price

Pros: Comfortable room and beds, spacious as well. Good location for universal and had a free shuttle. Breakfast was included and decent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast dining area was quite small and crowded but we managed to find a seat quite quickly so not a massive deal. Water pressure in the shower could’ve been a bit better but still a nice bathroom nonetheless.

Beds comfortable,

Pros: breakfast plentiful, waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, patties, bagels, bread for toasting, tea, coffee, juices. Gets very busy, not much space (tables) to eat, small area to get your breakfast from

Cons: small breakfast area Time of shuttle bus to Epcot 7.05am way way too early, park doesn't open until 9am Universal bus 8.50am NO other shuttle buses to the park

Basic but perfect

Pros: Great location, large clean room, plenty of towels and free parking

Cons: Breakfast was ok, the same limited choice every day but the biggest issue is that the area was crazy small and like a scrum! We took food back to our room every day as sitting was never a possibility

Pros: The location is excelent , close to many restaurants and good stores that you can go walking.

Cons: Some carpet parts could be replaced or cleanned.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons: The breakfast should have more options. And the air conditioning unit being positioned right in front of the bed is inconvenient.

Cons: Some staff didn’t seem to understand English very well.

Better than expected

Pros: Exceeded expectations. Room 179 ground floor. Very quiet, even though it is just off a main road. Spotless room, very comfortable bed and pillows and really nice toiletries. Breakfast was a highlight with hot options, plenty of other choices and even Mickey Mouse waffles. The breakfast host guy did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. The pool looked great and, given the good price paid, this was an excellent value stay.

Cons: Breakfast area is small

Pros: The property was very well maintained, the rooms were clean, staff was very sweet, breakfast was also included, which was an amazing selection of fresh food.

Cons: The noise cancellation, but it was only a minor issue.

Cheap and comfort stay in great location!!

Pros: We stayed for one night. Came after spending a day at Epic universal, the hotel is 10 min drive from there. Room was super clean and new. Two big beds, shampoos and soaps were provided. The parking is free which is amazing. Overall, recommend.

Cons: The breakfast is basic.. there were no vegetables or fruits.
