Great location, nice rooms

Pros: The location for Universal is fantastic - a brief 20minute walk and you’re straight on City Walk. Rooms are well presented and accessible

Cons: Literally the only thing I can think of is the AC was on the louder side - for a Brit not used to AC this was a surprise on. Night 1

Value for money

Pros: I like that they're super responsive to feedback. Very nice people at the concierge. Very clean toilet, big work desk. I got a room in the 2nd floor.

Cons: My card was easily demagnetized, which is also a common problem if card was kept next to mobile phone. I had to go to the front desk to fix it.

Amazing stay near universal resort

Pros: Location is very close to the Universal resort. Have good restaurants around the premises. Staff were nice and helpful for early checkout. Room was spacious and clean with all amenities.

Pros: The room was huge, the location was great, free parking. It was well equipped, and it was very clean, they came to clean our room every day. The price was also reasonable compared to other hotels and appartments.

Perfect location for exploring Orlando

Pros: Stuff was excellent, informative and polite, Room was clean. Parking right in front of room, perfect. Complimentary coffee and tea. Microwave in the room.

Quite good

Pros: The place is really close to the premium outlets around the area and also those big department stores from just across the street, very good dining places to go to and also convenient stores. The place was neat and comfy, heater and cooler was working smoothly. Felt always safe even late at night

Cons: I saw a small roach, not a big deal to be honest, and the water pressure from the shower wasn’t working properly, but not a big deal as u get plenty of good things by staying there.

Pros: Room was clean, nice and spacious, close to Universal and Disney world. Staff was really helpful, our hairdryer didn’t work and the receptionist came to replace it within a minute.

Not pretty but comfortable

Pros: location was great. rooms need upgrades. the doors and some of the electrical outlets need to be replaced, newer bedding and towels are needed. loved the size of the room and of the beds. my family had plenty of room to move around. All the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. They were friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The facility looks shabby and rundown from the outside. Kitchen was under construction, so no breakfast was provided, Definitely needs a paint job and a power washing of stairs. New garbage cans around the facility will also help
