Prime Spot, Clean & Decent Stay

Pros: Prime Location: Just a 20-Min Walk to Universal Studios! Clean, Decent Rooms & Hotel Overall

Cons: The room was a little bit small and cramped

Pleasant and comfortable experience.

Pros: Very clean , good breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable, also nice area round the pool.

Cons: Didn’t like the sliding door with no lock on the bathroom

Good hotel convenient for Universal and International Drive

Pros: Good size room, breakfast included, good location for International Drive and Universal, staff were very helpful and friendly. Free parking. Lobby area was nice. Very clean throughout. Good value for what you get and where you are.

Cons: Position is next to 2 old abandoned hotels which are derelict and run down. We had a view of both from our room. Parking was good although the car park did fill up at night and some were struggling for spaces. The room was a little tired around the edges. Nothing too bad but starting to become noticeable.

Good value for money

Pros: Excellent position and very good breakfast which was included.

Cons: Pool was quite small for the size of hotel and needed cleaning.

Not a bad stay, but definitely room to improve for the cost

Pros: Convenient location (for Universal Studios & outlet shopping) with all the basic facilities you need with a team of helpful staff. Spacious room

Cons: Room lighting a bit dark at night as no ceiling lights, which gave a bit of dingy motel-vibes. Also the housekeeper did not come in to clean our room during the day while we were out. Lastly the breakfast spread was subpar

Ok stay but not big enough for families

Pros: Very close to universal, shopping outlets, breakfast included, parking and ok WiFi

Cons: No storage for clothes so had to live out off our suitcases for a family off 5, room set up for 4 people not 5 , offered a rollaway bed for 9 year old who said it was very uncomfortable and left no room in the room

Pros: Very good place, minutes from Universal studios and many other attractions

Pros: Breakfast was good - but like elsewhere all the dishware was plastic.

Room could do with uplift apart from that stay fine

Pros: Location excellent and friendly staff.like swimming pool area

Cons: Iron didn’t work. Duvet looked very old and faded. Had to go for new towels as room wasn’t serviced when we returned at 3-15 pm.
