Pros: Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and great location in Orlando.

Fantastic stay, staff, hotel and location

Pros: Staff super friendly, hotel is really really nice with lovely breakfast. 15 minutes walk to Outlets.

Cons: Nothing significant to mention - don’t get alarmed if hot water doesn’t run, you just need to wait a bit longer. It will come.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and at a perfect location for people visiting the Universal theme parks!

Pros: It was incredibly comfortable with great amenities and perfect location for our purpose. The staff were kind, professional and most helpful in every way.

Cons: Slightly greater water pressure in the shower would be nice. However, the biggest issue for all three of us was the breakfast. We only had breakfast at the hotel once as it was, sadly, not particularly tasty—which was strange for a hotel that was otherwise so perfect.

Cons: Not much really. If being extremely picky the bed could be slightly more comfortable. But for the money it’s an absolute bargain

Great hotel stay with fab location

Pros: Great hotel, lovely breakfast; great location for universal and other theme parks as it’s close to the main road; outlet shopping across the road; staff were friendly; we had the 1 bed apt and I’d recommend it as we had a full fridge and space to make packed lunches for the theme parks which saved us a fortune. Pool was lovely and warm and loads of towels avail. Highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely amazing stay and helpful staff!

Pros: The hotel was amazing! It was one of the best stays we had. It had everything you need perfect location if you to go to Universal parks and very close to shops and places to eat as well. Breakfast was great and had a decent choice of what to eat. Also you were able to order dinner which had a good choice of meals as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean!

Cons: We loved everything at the hotel and could not say anything bad about it!

Great for a one night short stay with breakfast

Pros: Family room with bunk beds and sliding door, great when travelling with a teenager

Cons: There was a huge vent in the corner of the room we had which we felt serviced a number of rooms - this was noisy overnight. Fine for one night stay after flight from uk but would have asked to move if staying longer

Pros: The hotel and the room were beyond my expectations—very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: I asked one of the staff members for help in getting an Uber to Universal Studios since I didn’t have the app, but unfortunately, I felt neglected. It took about an hour and a half, and in the end, she never actually called one for me. That was very disappointing, as a simple gesture of assistance could have made a big difference in my stay—especially since it was my first time at this location and I really needed some guidance. Thankfully, another guest at the hotel was kind enough to help me. Overall, I felt a bit unwelcome in that moment, which was disheartening.
