Pros: Excellent location if you're going to Universal. Free shuttle bus to/from Universal every day. A 24h Walgreen's store and several dining options are located in walking distance from the hotel. A basic breakfast is included. Free wifi is included.

Cons: Room 313 (and I suppose 213 as well) is located right next to the elevator, which unfortunately \

Pros: Excellent location. There is a bus every morning to Universal Studios. Anyway, you can go on foot.

Great location, services and more, more shuttle times would be a great improvement if implemented

Pros: Distance to airport, universal and shuttle access, friendly staff and shop nearby

Cons: It would be nice to have more than 1 shuttle to and from a day, e.g we often took the shuttle in the morning but uber back in the evening a couple hours after the shuttle would have been I.e shuttle at 5.30 but we often stayed till closing of parks. although thanks to the closeness it was cost effective compared to other hotels.

Orlando theme parks visit.

Pros: Clean, well sized room. Quiet and good block-out curtains. The location was excellent- walking distance to Universal theme park.

Cons: The breakfast served was not that good compared to there other hotels we visited on our tour. Maybe a little attention to detail in the room as we had to ask twice for coffee pods.

Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba 🇧🇶

Better than expected, would stay there again.

Pros: The staff was friendly and breakfast, for US standards, above average. The room was sufficiently big, the housekeeping staff very efficient. Never had to beg for an extra towel or anything, really. This hotel is very close to Universal Studios and Island of adventure and truly in walking distance. The free parking is a huge bonus. There are quite a lot of restaurants nearby.

Cons: There is a single elevator and sometimes the wait could be a bit long. Taking the stairs was a good option. Of the 4 days I stayed, only one day did they have the waffle makers in the breakfast area which had an added value, but the other days it was not put out. This I found somewhat strange. But this was, all in all, a minor detail.

Perfect price perfomance ratio

Pros: Nice and clean hotel with good equipment. Good location for theme parks (20-30 min walk, but there is also shuttle). Good restaurants around.

Cons: No major issues.

Great location and value for money.

Pros: Fantastic location and proximity to Universal Studios. We were grateful for the free shuttle. Breakfast was great. Good facilities. Generous room size for a family with two teenagers.

Cons: Despite working immediately before and after, both our credit cards declined on arrival. This was embarrassing and stressful, and could've been handled better by the guy at reception who lacked empathy and was dismissive, refusing to believe it was the card reader. Fortunately we had a Wise Card, which worked fine.
