Spark by Hilton Orlando near Universal

Great location for Universal, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Pros: Great location for Universal Studios, room was clean and comfortable, we overlooked the back facing the pool, a little bit of noise from the road but not enough to be an issue. Staff were great, very friendly and helped if we needed it. Nice reception area, breakfast is OK, bagels,toast,muffins, waffles,yoghurts,coffee, which we thought was plenty. A couple of fast food places to eat and a Walgreens a few mins drive.

Cons: The shuttle to Universal leaves at 8am and returns at 5.30pm, just once a day there and back, Ubers are cheap at around 8 dollars, its cheaper than parking. I wouldnt really say they offered park shuttles. Check out is 11am, We had a longhaul flight back to the UK in the evening and there wasnt a courtesy room to shower and change before we left.

As a family, we are looking forward to returning for our next zflorida vacation in 2025

Pros: I loved the clean smells as soon I we walked into the lobby. Not overpowering but refreshing. All staff were smiling and friendly. Very pleasant experience for the whole family! Also having a usuable laundry room for guests was very helpful. Great restaurants and shopping all in walking distance

Cons: I have no complaints. Was a wonderful experience

Comfortable stay in a conveniently located, friendly hotel

Pros: Choice of bteakfast items was limited. Could have benefitted from some savoury items to augment the sweet. What was on offer was very good. Location was very close to Universal Studios. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and polite, much appreciated

Cons: TV set had an annoying habit of making a loud scratching sound and freezing every so often. Bath tap leaked, although not excessively

Pros: The location is very close to the Universal Studios. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the Universal City Walk. On foot it is about 30 minutes (we walked back in the evening).

Cons: I was not impressed by the breakfast.

Pros: We like the location and the parking was well lit and we felt secure

Cons: The breakfast was a 50/50 and our shower leaked all throughout the stay. And the water pressure was very low

I stay one night hood to rest after a day in one universal park

Pros: Location great breakfast acceptable . Room clean abd comfortable

Stay was good

Pros: The room was good, needed to provide wash cloths each day. But other than that all was well.

Pros: Las instalaciones muy limpias y la ubicación es perfecta.

Cons: Muy pocas opciones en el desayuno.

Pros: Room was very confortable, breakfast was good and the location was just what we needed.

Cons: The facility was under renovation, it was a little disturbing when we arrived, but then, all inside was very good.

Pros: Op wandelafstand van Universal , gratis parkeren , ruime kamer.

Cons: Er waren werken waardoor de fijne zwembaden niet te beschikking waren en we waren daar niet van verwittigd. Het 2de bed was een zeer slechte slaap sofa , 3de bed een slecht klapbed . We moesten ze ook zelf opmaken bij aankomst
