Waldorf Astoria Orlando - An Official Walt Disney World Hotel

It’s a Waldorf. Great property, friendly staff.

Pros: As usual, superb standard at the Waldorf. I’d expect nothing less. Once you’ve stayed at a Waldorf, there aren’t many other hotels that will hit the mark.

Cons: Buffet restaurant was closed and the vegetarian selection at the restaurants was poor. Difficult to get hold of the chefs for special requests. Concierge wasn’t on hand to greet and take the luggage upon arrival.

Fabulous. Wish I had stayed longer

Pros: Everything. The room was absolutely stunning, the pool was warm, the sun-beds were padded and in plenty of supply. We were given free frozen fruit to cool off by the pool. The piano bar was luxurious and had a lovely piano player. The breakfast was amazing and had so many options

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Pros: The entire property was beautiful. Staff amazing and everything very clean. Ladies in the coffee shop were so fun!

Cons: The only thing we noticed was that the pool was warm. Not a refreshing swim in the heat.

Pros: The room was very comfortable, very good breakfast and evening meals. The tv was up to date and no noise from neighbours. I also enjoyed the golf course and swiming pool on site which was also good quality and well managed. I used the valet service that was also very efficient.

Cons: The shower was not hot enough or powerful enough for my liking.

Pros: Throughly enjoyed our stay .. no issues at all. Regret leaving and going to the Hard Rock hotel for our universal section of the trip.

Cons: I had an issue when I arrived. Booking.com must’ve have messed up somehow and we weren’t on the system which was abit stressful. The lady on the front of house left me standing at reception for what felt like 10 minutes with no updates as to what was happening. It was all resolved in the end and love every minute there after.

Pros: it was amazing holiday at Waldorf, Room has beautiful view facing golf view and pool was too good , location is central . here can go to animal kindom, Hollywood studio and magic kingdom just 10 min driver.

Cons: miss specially the halal food, as there is no availability for that.

Pros: the room service food was absolutely incredible. and the front desk staff! Beloved was such a great hospitality professional.

It was a peasant and memorable stay! Need to uplift their service level (maybe because the hotel was full when I went)

Pros: Ambience, spacious, well designed, excellent toilet and very beautiful connected rooms with Kitchenette. Good for families. Nice programs. Very Good Coffee Shop. Excellent Golf Course.

Cons: Delay in attending for guest phone requests. Not good refills of amenities in the room, I had a problem with ants nearby the kitchenette.
