great experience with some minor annoyances

Pros: Great facilities, wealth of experiences, it takes a whole day just to see the resort, beautiful and well-maintained everything

Cons: I kept getting daily emails to check in but the check in app doesnt work so it was a lot of really annoying spam. Please disable

Exciting hotel but needs some tweaking to make it exceptional

Pros: Brilliant facilities and things to do for kids at Christmas, amazing property and atrium. Great location to get around. Wildlife and gardens in the hotel ponds were really well maintained. Very clean. The escape room was brilliant.

Cons: Staffing experience was variable. The kids water play area was closed for renovation and the work was noisy. The joins on the open water slides were uncomfortable as you travelled down. The soundproofing on our particular room wasn’t great.

Wonderful hotel has everything!

Pros: Everything was spectacular!! Came for my daughters birthday, it was sold out so had to stay else where first but were so happy when we arrived here. This hotel has everything and makes you forget you’re in Florida. Incredible staff who quickly knew my kids by name, could not do enough to accommodate us, made a fuss about my daughter’s birthday, left Easter eggs outside our door as we travelled during Easter. I have severe allergies and despite serving thousands per day, the chefs remembered all 5 of my severe allergies and kept me safe daily. Pool entertainment is 10/10. We made so many new friends. I will not stay anywhere else but here.. expensive but worth every penny! Oh and alligator feeding in the lobby is chefs kiss!

Pros: The breakfast restaurant was wonderful and service was excepcional,the room was wonderful the beds were wonderful.

Cons: On sunday when we were going to enter the pool the was a employee that was extremely rude and charge us doble the price to enter to the pool

Pros: I loved everything about this resort, customer service from all staff was excellent. Everything was super clean and overall it was just a beautiful hotel with lots of details for nice pics, water park was good too!!

Pros: The pools excellent with the slides,my son loved it same as me. The food and drinks by the pools really good as well.The room was very clean and quite at night,and it was nice too.It was my son's birthday and at last minute i had asked if i can order a cake and they helped me out and delivered a cake to my room and was a surprise for my kid which i really appreciate.The hotel is super beautiful .U dont have to leave the place for nothing.Variety of foods,nice sports bar (my son loved the pasta there).I went 3 times to the Hickory stake house rest!

Pros: Dinner at the steakhouse. Amazing food, service, wine, view.

Cons: Uutdoor pool because of weather (nothing to do with the property but make sure to chech the forecast if the pool area is important)

Pros: I enjoy the time there and I had great customer service from a couple of the staff for breakfast. The Christmas show and decorations are beautiful. We had fun at the ICE event. The hotel in general.

Cons: My expectation of the room wasn't impressive.. I would like to see more activities and food options at ICE . The parking cost on top of the resort fees.
