Great stay, we were happy!

Pros: Very nice hotel, helpful & friendly staff, amazing pool, decent breakfast and great location. It was a lovely stay for our family visiting Disney World and KSC. We would definitely come back.

Cons: The room was nice & clean but it had a weird musty smell

Pros: I have stayed here a few times and loved every single time

Cons: The only thing that lets it down is that I didn’t get my deposit back and nobody will respond to my emails we were going to stay there again hopefully next September but this kind of lets it down for me

Good value for money, good location, nice rooms and great staff.

Pros: The pool is really big, and the facilities are nice overall. There’s a kiosk that looks nice at night, along with a little river/pond.

Cons: Some lifts and automatic doors weren’t working, and the property in general lacks a little maintenance. The breakfast during weekdays is à la carte instead of buffet.

Pros: I loved the location, and the staff were amazing. Always super helpful and the beautiful lady who works at the Starbucks, not sure of her name, but she was always so friendly

Cons: Our room was very smelly. It smelt mouldy. I thought they were all like that until I had to rebook a room due to a late flight, and the next room had no smell at all.

AMAZING

Pros: There were two things I really enjoyed about the hotel: the food and the facilities. This was probably the best food experience in a hotel in the US. The breakfast was AMAZING! I also really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Tina! She was so patient and kind.
