Perfect location for trip to Disney but could be cleaner

Pros: Location was perfect for visiting the parks and facilities in the hotel were great. Housekeeping staff were friendly.

Cons: Rooms could have been cleaner, could barely see out of window due to it being so dirty. Reception and coffee shop staff weren’t very friendly

Close to Disney Parks, Clean and Comfortable.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to theme parks and staff were most helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We mostly ate at the bar near the pool and the food was good and staff were accommodating.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

Lovely stay

Pros: Lovely hotel! Friendly staff, especially at the Tesoro Cove. Heather was lovely and so was everyone else (Sandy, Claudia, Richard). The shuttle service to Disney parks and back to the hotel was excellent.

Pros: Great location - view to the pool is incredible! We were lucky to have a room in the upper floor and could see the fireworks in the evening!

Cons: The restaurant options are a bit poor, but this is to my subjective taste.

Would stay again!

Pros: Fantastic location. I stayed for NYE and got to watch the Epcot and Hollywood Studios fireworks displays from my room. Room was spotlessly clean and a great size. Lovely walk around the pond and lots of activities. Felt safe and secure.

Cons: Spent 45 mins in a queue for coffee the next morning. The line for breakfast looked equally long although the restaurant didn’t appear very busy.

Excellent, relaxing, and will continue to stay there again on our trips to Disney.

Pros: Beautiful property, close to all Disney Parks and lots of restaurants. Staff was so very kind all throughout the property, we loved the pools, and evening firework-show from Epcot..right from our room.

Cons: The only complaint.. our exterior windows were filthy..they need to be cleaned on the outside, other than that.. excellent stay
