Great place!

Pros: Great place to stay for a week and visit all the theme parks nearby. Both Universal and Disney. I recommend alternating: one day park, another day relaxing by the pool and hotel entertainment, then again park! Convenient parking spaces!

Cons: There was no kettle in the room, but there was a coffee maker. We got used to boiling water in it. But it would have been better with a separate kettle.

Pros: I came there to celebrate my 57th birthday and i enjoyed every moment of it

Cons: That there was so much to do there you don't have to leave the property to have a good time everything was right there for you to enjoy

Pros: Lovely structure, with a lot of facilities, from swimming pool to restaurants: wide room including washing machine and dryer; near to disney springs and parks

Beautiful resort with friendly staff

Pros: Great apartments, in a wonderful complex of pools, restaurants, and things to to. Had to extend our stay because of hurricane Debby, and the staff went out of their way to help us. Had an issue with a noisy AC, and they sent someone straight away to have a look at it.

Simply said, our stay was a “WOW”

Pros: This is a huge complex and we loved the 2 bedroom villa as it was perfect for our family of 4 to share. The lazy pool,water slides, hot tubs, miniature golf, ice cream shop, towel dispenser and more were a big hit for all. The proximity to all Disney parks and Disney Springs was perfect.

Cons: We did not have full access to the miniature golf which was not possible due to renovations in Tower 2; The sales pitch when checking in which we are told to go to see a colleague to get our “welcome package”.

Apart from the issue I had, the value of money I spent was good.

Pros: Room spacious, kitchen well equipped, shower is comfortable, and washing machine +dryer as a bonus

Cons: The receptionist was not professional enough. I reckon needs more training. Initially over charged me. When I went back to check, she only said “I don’t know “. The attitude was also horrible. Luckily the manager sorted out my issue at the end.
