Perfect stay

Pros: Clean and renovated. Good size of the room and space

Cons: A bit overvalued. It could have been a bit cheaper

Incredible place

Pros: Incredible. I wish we had had more time to hang out at the hotel.

Cons: I asked for a quiet room when I booked which was over a year before we went. When checking in very early on the day I asked for a quiet room. The receptionist said she would try. They then allocated us a room right by the elevator and ice machine so was noisy. Other than that the place is incredible.

Pros: I liked everything, the location is great the busses to the parks everything was great, I will come back to this hotel for sure

Cons: The restaurant for breakfast is closed twise a week

Best place to stay near to parks

Pros: We all loved the restaurant options and late night room service. The rooms were big and the daily service was so very welcomed. Plenty of clean towels and water in room.

Probably worth it

Pros: Staff in particular the valet were brilliant , free parking at magic kingdom as plus ,breakfast actually cheap for Disney

Cons: Little pricey

Pros: Nice hotel right in the territory of Disney World. Easy access to all the parks. The staff were super kind and helpful starting from reception and finishing with the cleaners. There was one problem, we did not get our room cleaned because we did not inform the front desk at the check in that we need a daily cleaning. We did not know, nor we been told when we checked in that we have to inform in advance the staff that we need the service. Even that the hotel has its own parking, residents are still charged for parking on a daily basis. Other than that, everything else was awesome. We will return 🙌🏻

Pros: I loved my stay, wounderful peopel very proffistional very helpful.

Great facility with perfect location and friendly staff.

Pros: Reception staff very friendly, head of housekeeping staff super friendly and gave us a complimentary red wine bottle. Location excellent to explore Disney. Variety of restaurants.

Nothing was too much trouble, staff always there to help. Special, luxury hotel stay

Pros: It’s good value and conveniently situated for two Disney parks Always clean and rooms Are fantastic

Cons: Pool needs a bit of an update and more choice for drinks and food poolside
