Comfortable family room excellent location for trip to Disney

Pros: Beds were really comfortable - close to Epcot - good view of fireworks - restaurant was delicious - used grab and go shop for breakfast

Cons: Cant think of anything

Wonderful hotel and staff

Pros: Location vibe staff and near parks Loved the views of Epcot from room and fireworks at night special. Loads to do here and boardwalk near by pools great food great and staff amazing

Cons: Nothing to report

It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it

Pros: The location and also the hotel facilities where fantastic, especially because you can use the facilities from all three hotels

Cons: Very pricy especially at breakfast when using the cafe

Pros: The room had a giant window and you could se hollywood studios and animal kingdom. The staff was very nice

Nice hotel close to the amusement parcs

Pros: Lots of offerings to guests - Dolphine Reserve and Swan facilities available as well, clean, quite modern interior

Brilliant stay - one of the best hotels in the Disney area!

Pros: The location was perfect for all the Disney parks, especially with the free transport provided. Our room was incredible with a great view of Epcot and all the surrounding areas, loads of space and the bed was really comfy. Bella, who checked us in and took care of us throughout our stay, was absolutely exceptional. She offered tips for the parks, ensured we were happy with everything on a regular basis and was just really lovely in general.

Cons: Nothing!

Amazing location and easy transport and walking links to the parks space could be better for larger families

Pros: Amazing location for Epcot and Hollywood Studios fantastic transportation via the bus system as well

Cons: Families it just needs a little bit more space and maybe even a kitchenette to help Cook because food can get quite expensive expensive from both of facility and takeaways and the theme parks

Nice location and friendly staff.

Pros: Location was good with frequent buses to the Disney parks. A nice touch was the swimming pool to relax in the afternoons after a busy day at the park. Hotel was quiet. Ate once in the onsite restaurant Amare and service was excellent. Small shop at hotel sold nice sandwiches/salads for lunch. Had a good view from our window- was an Epcot view room- not sure I would pay extra again as view was good but not amazing.

Cons: Pool had hardly any umbrellas so were mostly gone by afternoon- this was explained by the storms destroying them previously but they should be replaced as with 35 degree heat - you really need an umbrella. We weren't allowed to move them either. There were three of us in room but items only left for two ie 2 waters, 2 robes etc . We did request a third and it was rectified but had to ask more than once. Had a Disney desk but no one at it when we visited. The other staff tried to help though.
