The property and staff were very friendly

Pros: It had easy road access to most tourist attraction (sea world, universal, discovery, icon park e.t.c)

I stayed here before, but things change for worst.

Pros: The location, is closed to restaurants and night life, In the meantime is a quiet and relax place.

Cons: I stayed in the 2nd floor. I went to take a shower and there was hair, lots of hair in the bathtub. By the time I got out of the room, it seems that dogs where loose in the halls and they did there business there. The smell was horrible! Also I requested a 1st floor when I booked, and it was not honored.

Pros: The friendly staff and the location. I've stayed there before and it's always exceptionally clean.

Pros: I love the size and cleanliness upon arrival. I love how my esa dogs were comfortable there and I love how it is tucked away on a busy street.

Cons: We saw a couple roaches, stove didn’t work, dog poop everywhere…

Pros: I worked a seasonal position at Universal, and this location was perfect. It was only about a 14-minute drive to work with no tolls and is conveniently located right next to SeaWorld. The front desk staff were phenomenal, and when I needed to extend my stay, they made it easy for me to keep the same room. I would definitely recommend this place — it has a gym, laundry facilities, a Publix just a 3-minute drive away, and a small shopping plaza right in front of the hotel.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and it was close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Cons: There was so much bleach in the room that it left a residue on everything and burned my throat... No coffee pot was disappointing.

Pros: El tamaño de la habitacion es excelente, la cocina integrada que ofrece esta por demas bien, pero estaria bueno que incluyeran algo de vajilla.

Cons: Que no incluyeran vajilla en la cocina.

Pros: Close the grocery stores as well as restaurants very convenient

Cons: Due to the fact when you have animals, I believe that the side doors should not be used only just for Emergency. It’s been on to be able to take your dogs outside the side door instead of having to run into a bunch of people on the elevator or on the steps, I believe that you should be able to have a side door when you come down the steps to take your dog out to avoid crowds of people
