it was a good and clean hotel.
Pros: The room was cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Despite the large number of guests with children, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. It is nice to have a shuttle service from the hotel to the Theme parks (Disneyland and Universal) at regular times. For those who prefer not to use the shuttle, the theme parks are not far from the hotel.
Cons: I had booked my hotel with a breakfast-inclusive option and provided information about the foods we would not be able to eat. I was told that the breakfest area staff could guide us regarding the daily menu. However, I couldn't find anyone to ask for information during breakfast.

Fabulous stay at SpringHill suites!!
Pros: Loved the location the breakfast and the property. The rooms are so spacieuse clean and well maintained. Will be coming back for sure

Excellent location, super clean, great choice for families
Pros: Excellent location, very clean and comfortable room, breakfast basic but hotel price was value for money, nice view, good for families
Cons: maybe more choices for breakfast, no transportation option from airport to hotel, no transportation option to magic kingdom

Relaxing and the staff were always so friendly and willing to help
Pros: Nice clean rooms and the pool and dining area were very nice. The games area for the kids were a nice touch and being able to book our Disney tickets with the help form the hotel was amazing service

Would return given a chance.
Pros: Breakfast was very good, coffee was perfect. Location was ideal for my stay, was not going to the parks.
Cons: TV wasn't working correctly when I arrived. Was told somebody will be up immediately, 30 minutes later I had to remind them. No big deal, but you did ask.

we had an amazing stay
Pros: we had an amazing stay here, breakfast was fantastic kids loved the mickey mouse waffles, pool area was clean and tidy and the fire pit was great we enjoyed sitting around this on an evening. staff were helpful, all in all 100% would recommend and stay again

Very pretty hotel
Pros: Very nice rooms and pool. Overall, the hotel was nice.
Cons: Maybe it’s a European thing, but I would have been so happy about some cheese, ham, fresh veggies (cucumber, tomato) for breakfast. The only fruit they had was bananas. Also, awful coffee - but I guess normal locally.

Not bad for a short stay
Pros: We only stayed one night, but it was good. At check-in we were told there’s no king room available and were given a room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious, however, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly ok with hot oatmeal, eggs, sausage, waffles and a few other things. A few healthier options would’ve been good. There were only bananas. They did have dairy-free milk alternatives and decaf coffee.
Cons: The pool was really cold and not usable. The breakfast room was attached to the arcade room which I found a bit strange. The aircon was loud and the windows didn’t open. I asked about things to do for free in the area and the staff didn’t really know. It seems they’re just there to sell you park tickets. The cutlery was plastic and the dishes disposable. I’ve never seen so much waste in a hotel in my life.
