We loved our stay and would recommend to others!
Pros: The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Options for everyone. The Mickey waffles were our favourites. We also loved that they had muffins and fruit which we could take back to our room to snack on later. I also want to mention how incredible the staff were. Everyone, from the front desk, the greeter at breakfast, the cleaners and the maintenance people, had a big smile and would introduce themselves. We felt very welcome and loved our stay.
Cons: There is not much to do within walking distance of the property. So we had to uber quite a bit. There is a free shuttle to the parks but we found they came a bit late for us and took a long time to get to the parks so we ended up taking an uber most days.

Quite an impressive experience
Pros: The buffet breakfast was perfect and I really liked the environment. This is my second time of using this hotel with my family
Cons: There is no telephone in the suite and also we had to carry our suitcases to and from the room.

Pros: Our stay at the Residence Inn in Orlando was absolutely perfect for our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. The suite was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with a kitchen — which made it so easy to prepare meals for the kids and feel at home. The complimentary breakfast had great variety and was a big hit with everyone. The outdoor pool area was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect for a break after the parks. It was nice, price for the value is good but it's a shame the hotel doesn't care about plastic usage
Pros: The room was fantastic, we were also upgraded by the staff which was a very nice surprised. The personnel was vary nice and helpful.
Cons: For minuses I would count not so clean water in the jackuzzi as well as the general feeling of how clean the place is, like corridors for example. The room was perfect, nothing bad to say about it but out of the room the feeling was not so great. Also - it's great you offer the breakfast but it is the first time in my life when I ate in a hotel out of the plastic plates. Not to mention that it's just not nice it is simply WRONG. The amount of plastic you produce just from one breakfast is giganteas. It's a shame for the hotel.

Nice location for Orlando visit
Pros: Very nice location for enjoying Orlando Universal Studios and Disney World. The offered shuttle service worked quite well and is very comfortable. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service provided was good for American breakfast.
Cons: The room was a little small for 5 people and kitchen equipment not sufficient for 5 people.

Pros: We really appreciated being bumped up to 2 rooms, it was totally un expected. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. We were there for the AHR expo, and the hotel served our needs perfectly with a great breakfast before we left and a pool to relax around when er came back!

Pros: Gostamos muito da reforma recente e da excelente localização. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho e a estrutura da lavanderia foi muito útil. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional — inclusive, foram muito gentis ao trazer um bolo e cantar parabéns para o meu filho, um gesto que nos marcou muito.
Cons: Acreditamos que o café da manhã poderia ter uma maior variedade de frutas. No banheiro, sentimos falta de um box (em vez de cortina). Além disso, os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Como já nos hospedamos aqui 5 vezes, sentimos que o hotel poderia oferecer uma política de preços mais atrativa ou benefícios para hóspedes fiéis/frequentes.
