A good stay overall.

Pros: Nice staff, good to have a free breakfast, decent pool.

Cons: Room was quite dark in appearance (could do with redecoration in a lighter more appealing colour palette) and the lighting in the room was overall quite dim in the evening. Also, little things like the room's smoke detector and air conditioning controls should be monitored and batteries replaced more closely- I shouldn't have to ask maintenance to have them changed if they aren't working.

Our stay was delightful. I love that you’re pet friendly. The size of the room is perfect.

Pros: I like the friendly and accommodating staff especially Oskar who was patient enough to deal with our situation regarding the bill.

Cons: We thought we’re having a free breakfast. I hope that you’ll include the breakfast on the rate per night for the stay to be more convenient. Other than that, everything is fine.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable

Pros: During our stay at the hotel, we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our visit. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, situated near popular attractions and public transportation options.

Cons: There were absolutely no negative aspects to our stay; everything exceeded our expectations and left us thoroughly impressed. From the impeccable service to the pristine amenities, our experience was flawless from start to finish.

Pros: The location was great, the staff was wonderful. The manager on duty was super helpful.

Cons: The bathtub felt odd, like it wasn't sturdy and the water pressure was poor.
