Unforgettable Stay

Pros: Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The villa was spacious, warm, clean, well equipped and elegantly furnished. Every detail from the amenities to the service reflected a high standard of care and hospitality. The facilities, including the pool and the activities were outstanding, and the location was ideal. Also booked all parks tickets from their concierge with good price and additional discounts. This stay was not just comfortable, it was remarkable and will stay in our memory forever.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. It was a flawless experience from start to finish.

Cons: The view from our apartment was disappointing. We were overlooking wasteland for building. We would have loved to have a lake view.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities.Spacious and very clean. Well equipped. Lovely landscaping. A very tranquil view of the lake. Felt very secure and organised during the hurricane. Would stay again.

Cons: Restaurant on site is more for pool lunches and snacks than an evening dining spot. No restaurants to walk to nearby but plenty a short drive away.

Pros: Beautiful and spacious two bed villa. Plenty of activities to do on site. Also close to theme parks but need a car to get around. Very clean.

Cons: Food choices were limited but villas have well equipped kitchens if you want to self cater.

Pros: We have stayed at this property about 4/5 times and it is the only place in Florida I would spend my time. Nicest property I have ever stayed at. Exceptional - nothing bad to stay. We will be back 🥰

Cons: Great location near - near shops, theme parks (by car) and outlets. Very close to a water park and sea world. So clean and so well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Peaceful and safe. Gorgeous grounds and surrounding area.

An extremely relaxing holiday in a clean, roomy apartment on a well-run resort.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly. The room was cleaned every two days. Facilities inside the room were great, from the fitted kitchen with everything you might need, to the washing machine and dryer. The apartment was roomy and each of the two bedrooms had a large bathroom. The two pools were large, clean and both had lifeguards. There were loads of chairs and loungers. Activities were ongoing all day.

Cons: The only thing that we would have liked to have was more restaurant facilities. There is a small shop with the possibility to buy coffee and a shack at the pool to buy some fast-style foods but no-where really to sit and eat a meal.

Pros: Beautiful property. Excellent facilities. Great location. Our third stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
