Pleasant, comfortable convenient

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice warm pool. Check out 12 noon is good. Location good for SeaWorld and aquatica. On international Drive for Trolley. nice Japanese restaurant close by.

Cons: It's perfectly good hotel – mid range rather than top dollar. Breakfast could perhaps I've been a little better – but nevertheless okay

Pros: Everything during our stay was great. The hotel is very new, modern and also very clean. The staff was amazing, kindly and respectful.

Cons: The rooms are not so big as desired, but clean and comfortable as expected.

the room and hotel are awesome just need a little more

Pros: We had the queen suit, and it was huge very nice, clean. the hotel was nice and right down the street from discovery cove and sea world.

Cons: for the size of the room the dining table was very small for us. if you had food, you couldn't unpack it and serve it to people. only 2 of us could us it at a time. plus, there needs to be a bigger hanging united. water took way to long to get hot or even warm.

Very enjoyable on all levels. Wish we had booked longer.

Pros: Friendliness is Sara at check in. Nice breakfast at co-located sister hotel. Games and vibe in lobby. Room television input selections Amazing bed and linens.

Cons: The noise of the children excited about going to the “parks” in the family room next door.. actually not irritating… just aware that they were more than ready to get their day underway quite early. Haha
