Good Stay altogether

Pros: Location is great outside view is perfect . good place to stay in

Cons: Breakfast was average and they were quick to remove the breakfast from tabels when we were just eating but exactly at 9.30 am they started removing the stuff while people were sitting to eat and that looked a bit embarssaing as a guest . they should have taleast given an etxra few minutes for people to finish what they were doing .

Nice hotel

Pros: Breakfast is not bad. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, which can take you all the way long the International Drive. Free shuttle bus to Sea World.

Cons: Water in the rooms should be complimentary. Charging 6$ for a bottle of water is insolence. There was no safe in the room.

Close to seaworld with very good breakfast

Pros: Very good breakfast. The hotel is close to SeaWorld, and they offer a shuttle to the park, which is very convenient. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: N/a

Great value and a warm welcome.

Pros: The staff were wonderful from arrival to departure.

Cons: The room was not the cleanest. A bit grubby in places.

Exceptional first time stay, when in Florida again will certainly book again

Pros: everything about the hotel was first class, the staff were exceptionally helpfull, the rooms super large and clean, and wonderful complimentery breakfast.

A great location for a busy week.

Pros: Great location, close to Convention Centre, International Drive and Seaworld. Good sized room, plenty of towels - rooms cleaned every other day. Strong air-conditioning. Breakfast enough, limited range but sufficient.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Place is near from sea world and aquatica International drive street is the main and attractive street Free shuttles arranged by 3rd part I drive trolley affordable shuttle each half an hour. Room is big enough We stay 10 days were fantastic and fun Hotel is guarded and safe for tourists Breakfast is simple Rooms cleaners and engineers are friendly.

Cons: Staff don't know much english but receptionists were native and english fluent. Cleaning day after day not every day. Cash not acceptable only card and untill now refunds for 300$ deposit not done. Kettle not there but we mange with coffee machine. Water not free you have to buy your own daily use.

Pleased we stayed here as a family of 4.

Pros: Staff were always friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a good start to the day. Room size was bigger than average. Good location for Seaworld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove.

Cons: There could have been more choice at breakfast. Pavers uneven around pool (it was dangerous).

Pros: Excellent value for money. spacious rooms. free theme park shuttle bus. Good location. Nice hot tub. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Kids loved making breakfast waffles.

Cons: The outdoor pool wasn't heated. It was refreshing though. Single use plastic utensils at breakfast buffet are quite environmentally unfriendly. Unfortunately this is a common theme in Florida but on a local level it's terrible optics for a hotel that affiliates itself with SeaWorld. Perhaps the hotel could, instead, reduce plastic, recycle more and use it also as a positive marketing tool.🤔. The coffee at breakfast was awful, I think it's no coincidence that Starbucks is in the lobby where you can get a better coffee at $tarbucks prices..
