Pros: Big and spacious, lots of activities to do, friendly staff, good pool menu, great location for the parks but could easily spend a day just at the hotel, walking around the resort, playing tennis, golf, swimming, etc. also very accommodating for our 5 month old.
Cons: The coffee shop closed at 11.30am, however good coffee was also at the pool bar so wasn’t too bad!

Pros: great apartment as it has everything you need to stay there for a week: kitchen with furniture, big beds, iron, coffee machine; we had a beautiful room on the ground floor, with terrace on the pool area.

Lovely hotel, but think paying for parking is cheeky and staff could be friendlier.
Pros: Stayed here before and love the location, the setting, it’s especially looked lovely at Christmas time. The beds are INCREDIBLY comfy!
Cons: I don’t like they now charge for parking, we stayed the year before and didn’t have to pay for it. I really dislike paying for something that I have nothing to show for, so we may or may not stay here again. I think it is outrageous to charge for this. Especially as they know pretty much all guests will be working and they don’t offer shuttles to the parks so then you have to pay again for the parks parking. The staff could be better too, my husband had a query regarding the amount of charges on his credit card and the staff member was not the most helpful. Upon leaving the concierge tried to sell us a 4 night stay at a discounted rate which we were tempted by but when we declined she was most displeased and practically snatched the leaflet back off us and did not say thank you or even goodbye. And on our first night there was a couple having an argument for around an hour in the early hours of the morning, and the following night the people in the room next to us were having a party and they were SO loud it was like they were in the room with us. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault though and security dealt with it and the noise stopped.

Absolutely fantastic due to location, facilities, cleanliness, activities and gardens- would recommend to all and cannot
Pros: Loved it all from start to finish - great location and stunning gardens. Great activity programme for kids and adults and really good housekeeping and property rules/facilities. Perfect for us.
Cons: Nothing apart from new shower which was complicated to operate and had low pressure (we were on top floor) could not properly wash my hair which is long. Real shame as was disappointing and difficult when everything else was perfect !

Exceeded expectations!
Pros: The room was excellent and contained all the ammenities needed - including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and cleaning products! The property was pretty and very close to the parks. The restaurants and room service was also great!
Cons: Cleaning was every other day - however for a fee you could request everyday

Fabulous place to stay, I’ve stayed here before and would definitely visit again. Excellent location
Pros: Rooms were fabulous, we had adjoining rooms which were ideal for my teenage daughter. There was every appliance you could need, the rooms were cleaned every other day, with clean towels and bed change. Staff were very friendly too.
Cons: My only complaint was that occasionally there was a drain smell in the bathroom.

Great villa, central location to all theme parks
Pros: Very well maintained resort, rooms, restaurants, pools and service were great. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I would definetely visit again

Very pleasant
Pros: Room location was great, on the ground floor, in a quiet spot overlooking the golf course with a lovely pool nearby. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: It had a connecting door to the next apartment so we had to listen to the noisy family next door. Parking is an extra $25 per night. No bath as in room description.
