Pros: Great size of a 2 bedroom villa, nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice pools.

Cons: Staff in the Key House need to smile more and show more enthusiasm when greeting customers. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip in Florida and only here, the reception staff seemed miserable and not happy in their roles.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff. Overall amenities of the place. The grounds are well maintained.

Cons: One of the sheets had unidentified staines.... Quite gross. Shower heads all of them had mold and mildew and limescale. They were replaced at our request.

Pros: Compared to other hotel we stayed on during the trip this place was the best. Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice pools, friendly stuff.

Lots of amenities for our family to enjoy in one place.

Pros: Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and considerate of us. As a family we really enjoyed being able to stay in one spot and have mini putt, swimming, games and food all in one location!

Cons: Just some minor updates in the room (cracked tile) and a chip out of the ping pong table.

Pros: We traveled with our toddler who absolutely loved the pirate ship water area and spent lots of time there. Resort had lots of activities each day, including a show from Gatorland. Would stay here again as we felt there was something for everyone.

Pros: We had a family suite and it was beautiful, clean and spacious. Facilities were amazing - two pools with things for the kids to play with, including a fun slide, table tennis, a fire pit, great gym and loads of activities!

A fantastic holiday!

Pros: Everything was great, everyone was happy, my children loved staying at the hotel for the day as much (if not more) than going to the theme parks! The bar/food staff were fantastic. We would love to return.

Cons: Everything was perfect, there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. It would be good if the toilers in the room had a toilet brush.

Fun for the whole family!

Pros: The staff was amazing!!! They loved The kids and played all kinds of games wihh the them! So much to do on property that everyone was pleased! Will be coming back with extended family. The restaurant could have better food but the kids didn’t mind lol
