Great location and comfortable stay
Pros: Excellent location in a calm and quiet area. The apartment is spacious enough for a couple with two children. Nearby, there are good restaurants and well-stocked supermarkets offering a wide variety of products. It provides all the necessary utensils for basic cooking, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine, which are especially useful for longer stays and for those who want to save time. Parking is included in the stay and conveniently available right in front of the property. The property is close to all the parks, including Disney and Universal. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the common areas due to our schedule.
Cons: The accommodation felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization. We also noticed a slight musty smell inside the apartment, possibly coming from the air conditioning. It didn’t affect our stay overall, but each time we entered the apartment, it took a few minutes to get used to it. They might also consider replacing the dishwasher with a newer model, as the current one does not clean heavier items, such as pots and pans, very effectively.

Really great hotel and lovely stay
Pros: The location was great, really close to both Disney and Universal parks, and also close to supermarkets, restaurants. The room were really spacious and comfortable for big families. They also have washing machine, dryer, and they give you everything you need during your stay.
Cons: The WiFi did not really work very well. The rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and given there is no room service, we could’ve used a bit more supplies and cleaning towards the end of our stay.

One of the best resorts we have every stayed at
Pros: We had an outstanding experience at the Parkway International Resort. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for my family. We loved the heated swimming pool and the kids enjoyed playground. The location was excellent for going to the Disney theme parks. The employees were all super friendly and the price of our stay was very consumer friendly. If we ever come back to Orlando we will check this resort for availability first.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great location only 10 min drive from all Disney Parks, rooms huge and very comfortable and exceptionally clean . Staff willing to help with anything , very professional. Resort has May activities available and close to eateries/grocery store . Highly recommend

Great location but tired apartments.
Pros: Great base in good location just off the I-4 and 292. Property had a good layout and everything that you needed. The apartment had the biggest tvs(not smart), I’ve ever seen in a rental accommodation.
Cons: Property is tired. Washing machine and drier are old and unit could do with a refit. Whilst property was clean, the carpets were clearly ingrained with dirt as your feet would be very dirty if walking around without footwear.

Great location, clean, great amenities, well stocked villa, all round excellent value for money
Pros: Really great, staff helpful, everything was clean, restocking done quickly when requested. Liked the pool area and the activities planned. Great screened in porch.
Cons: when I first got in the room, it smelt like someone was smoking in the room. So had to air it out at first but then it was fine.

Pros: Accommodation is really good, separate bedrooms and two bathrooms makes this great when you both want some private space during a friends vacation. Kitchen appliances are good and the airco is very quiet
