Clean, safe and comfortable.

Pros: I liked the fact there seemed to be some kind of security around the place. The rooms were bright and clean.

Cons: The walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. We had a pretty loud family next to us for a couple of night who shouted a lot.

Pros: This was a great place to stay. I really liked the convenience of having a suite (apartment) so plenty of space and a full kitchen. Location was great, easy to get everywhere but I know the area very well and always stay around the 192 so that probably helped. Loved seeing the deer on the lawn at night and geckos scurrying everywhere! The kitchen was fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for 4 people, coffee machine (although I didn't use it as I'm a tea drinker), saucepans (meant I was able to boil water to make tea!), fridge freezer and washer/dryer. There were plenty of towels for both the bathroom and pool.

Cons: My apartment was a little noisy on Friday & Saturday nights from the activity at Old Town (my bedroom overlooked it across the street) but that can't be helped and the noise didn't go on all night so was bearable.

Perfect location for old town kissimmee

Pros: The location for us was perfect as we wanted a hotel within walking distance to old town - this was 2 mins walk! The room was fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer in the kitchenette. Clean throughout. Pool was large and clean. Play area for kids Free parking on site

Kissimmee near Disney

Pros: The location is fantastic. Ideal for a Disney off property stay. Old town beside it is great for an evening too. Pool is clean. Landscaping well maintained. Towels and bed linen were spotless. Lots of wildlife on property, I saw squirrels, racoons, lizards, gators, turtles, fish, heron, cat, fish, dragonflies and more.

Cons: Some of the appliances are in need of replacing, we had a dodgy toaster and a flickering light fitting we didn't use. Some parts of the apartment though obviously cleaned were still a bit grubby i.e. a shelf stained and an arm chair in need of some upholstery cleaning. Some bugs did make their way into the apartment but I think this was due to sprinklers activating and not lack of cleaning.

Excellent choice for a comfortable Orlando holiday

Pros: The suite was very comfortable and spacious with all the facilities you could wish for - fully equiped kitchen with microwave, big fridge / freezer, full sized oven & dishwasher plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. It had a breakfast bar, proper dinig table plus a comfy sofa / bed. There was a spacious, free car park right outside of the suite and it was all set in beautiful, weel maintained gardens together with a swimming pool, hot tub plus plenty of sun bathing chairs and sun beds. The lake adjoining had loads of wild life including turtles, racoons, deer and even a small aligator! The location was perfect, right opposite the Old Town with evening entertainment and loads of American shops and eateries. The Disney parks were only about 15 minutes drive away, Universal was about 30 minutes away. Really enjoyed the stay there and it was excellent value for money.
