10/10 for Rob, Adrian, Jess, Leo and Leaundro!!!! H ousekeeping 2/10

Pros: 10/10 Rob! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When we didn't have something, he jumped on it to fix the problem. He even went as far as calling our room the next evening to make sure we had everything. That guy we seen doing everything and was everywhere. In the lobby helping guests, on the golf cart, in the pool area. Just amazing! I really hope management sees the true gem he really is! I also want to point out the wave runner instructors. They were so good with our kids. The wave runner was the highlight of the hotel! 10/10 for Adrian, Jess, Leo and Leaundro. They are an amazing team making great experiences and core memories for families.

Cons: How the pool ran out of towels all the time. It didn't matter if it was mid afternoon or later in the evening. That was very poorly organized and managed. If it just happened one time, one day, we could understand. That was not the case. Housekeeping is a disaster! Yikes!!!! I even mentioned it day three (we were there for 10 days) and nothing got better. It was always a guessing game if we were going to be left enough clean towels, toilet paper, regular coffee, if our beds were made, if the dirty towels left on the floor were going to be grabbed. Our sheets weren't changed the entire time (we know this, because day 2 our son dropped a little peice of his Carmel from his carmel apple on the sheet and it was there the whole trip). The rooms show well in pictures, but you will be disappointed once there. The pools itself are lovely though and the water is kept decently warm! There's serious potential to this hotel if they organize and manage a little better. Housekeeping needs some intese training... but again that falls on management.

Good base for visiting Disneyworld

Pros: Room was basic but bed really comfortable and separate bunk bed room for kids. It was clean and a good base for Disney which is what we were using it for.

Cons: Shortage of lifts, layout a bit confusing, didn’t tell us at check in how to get to pool with water slides etc.

Pros: Great location and wonderful staff The fact that it has family rooms at a good price with clean amenities is a HUGE plus

Cons: It is very dated and needs a refresh. They are undergoing work at the moment so I expect it will lift the place. The water part needs an uplift - it is a bit dated and worn down with questionable safety at this time.

Despite the bed, my overall stay was super.

Pros: Honestly it was the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to assist for me. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the water park although she was unable to access it most days due to heavy showers (rain). I truly loved the fact that the staff thought it best to close access to the pools and water park during the rain.

Cons: The fact that the top bunk had a hole in it. My daughter nor her friend felt comfortable sleeping in it.

Pros: The water park was a plus especially traveling with kids, I only wish the hours were extended.

Cons: The arcade , game room , water park also marketplace.

A wonderful unit near Disney World

Pros: The unit was perfect for a small family. The water slides were great fun.

Cons: Our room was perfect but a number of rooms can get very loud.

Perfect for kids

Pros: The pool, the waterpark, the entertainment. It really was a lot for families to especially kids.

Cons: The staff didn’t clean my room properly. I stayed 7 nights and they changed linen once; didn't replenish the bath soap; the ac was too cold in the room; no hair dryer in the room and not all the elevators were function. The food options especially for breakfast was limiting

Very good!

Pros: Location is very good, beds very comfortable and with a decent space, the room was very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly too; food is pretty tasty as well. I would definitely book again.

Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like is that the water park and the splash pad are sooo cold, the water freezes. They should definitely find a way to climatize it because it was impossible to enjoy. The main pool is heated and it’s pretty good. Lastly, the water park, the pool and the splash pad look huge in the pictures and it’s not that big.

I was nice and comfortable.

Pros: Staff were friendly, and I had no issues with checking in/out and other requests I made to the hotel. I had two interactions with Erica from Guest Services and she was really helpful.

Pros: The environment was very clean, but there was one flaw—the mattress was sagging, which made it uncomfortable for one person to sleep.
