Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace - Disney Springs Area

Pros: Great pool area with lovely lazy river. Excellent for the kids. Super friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast, really recommend the buffet! Great location with walking distance from Disney springs.

Cons: It’s old and the rooms would need a renovation. The walls are very thin so you hear everything from adjacent rooms.

An awesome week in Orlando, hotel was great not cheap but we had a wonderful time.

Pros: Pool is amazing, we had breakfast included was very good and the staff excellent and friendly. Room was large we had a family room. Shuttle service to Disney useful. Easy walk to Disney springs as well shopping or food

Cons: Towels were tired commercial washed into rough and old.

Loved the hotel

Pros: Location was amazing, tv was great with a great selection of free films , choice of free dvds to take to your room , Great pizza 🍕 at the shop, they made the rooms up every night with fresh towels , pool and lazy river were fantastic

Cons: Could of had a bus per park , universal has one every 20 mins , an hour is a long time to wait , shop prices were quite expensive , especially for bottles of water

Perfect option for Disney families

Pros: Great location to the Disney parks. Lots to do at the hotel with great pools for the kids

Pros: - Good location near the Disney Resorts and Disney Springs shopping precinct - Rooms were spacious - Swimming pool was excellent, with a lazy river and lots of space - We really liked the grab and go catering given we were out and about each day at the theme parks - Complimentary shuttle to Disneyland

Cons: - Nothing, it was perfect

We had a very relaxing stay. Would definitely revisit.

Pros: The facilities were good. Staff were friendly. Location to Disney Springs was great. Only a 10min walk.

Cons: The balcony furniture could do with an update.

Excellent Stay with Family

Pros: My stay here was really good. The rooms were clean. The Disney shuttle was always on time. The pool was clean. The restaurant staff for breakfast was very friendly especially Mineta who took care of us during breakfast. She really made us feel welcome. It felt like a family member was looking after us. My kids absolutely adored her! All other staff at the restaurant were super friendly, always smiling!! The Location is great for all Disney Parks and it is a short walk from Disney Springs. Very good hotel for families with small children. My kids enjoyed the Pool area.

Elsa Must Be Controlling the AC Here

Pros: Location was key for us, and this hotel met our expectations. It offers free shuttle buses to all four Disney parks, which was very convenient. The room was clean and relatively spacious. Additionally, there are stores inside the hotel where you can buy snacks and clothing, making it easy to grab anything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was quite good compared to other hotels we stayed at. One could even grab a donut to take away, which was a really nice touch.

Cons: The AC… I mean, I get it—it was around 27°C outside, and most guests probably appreciated the cool interiors. But for the love of God, why set it so ridiculously low? We stayed in the so-called Island Building, and it was so overcooled that after just a few steps down the corridor, we got goosebumps. Additionally, you can’t turn off the AC in the room. Since we were staying on the ground floor, opening a window wasn’t an option either. It felt like there was no way to escape the cold.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Good access to Disney Springs. Convenient food venues on property for snacks

Cons: Check in was very troublesome with a missing booking and confused staff. The rooms around the atrium are very noisy until late in the night as the bar noise travels straight up

Lovely. Would stay here again.

Pros: The lazy river and jacuzzi was great plus the cafe.
