Good location, excellent rooms.

Pros: Good size rooms, staff friendly, nice place to walk around.

Pros: The pool areas were enjoyable, clean and well maintained. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds, modern fridge and cooking equipment.

Cons: Staff maintenance was able to walk into the villa unannounced with his own key which was concerning. The day of check out we requested a transfer to reception and for over an hour we waited. One of us walked the distance to reception while the other looked after our luggage but this didn't speed up transfer as staff there did not help. Finally took the decision to order an Uber from outside the gate at our villa and leave as we were going to miss our connection.

Excellent location and the villa are very spacious and clean

Pros: The location was great and the villa was very spacious and clean

Cons: The parking charges and on the first and second days we were unable to park outside our villa due to resurfacing works probably would have been useful to inform us of this as we had to park quite faraway and then manage the cases.

Pros: Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We can not thank enough for the 2 restrooms.

Cons: Walls are very thin, whoever living upstairs could wake you all up at 2 am. Dont do as we did and call reception asap.

Nice hotel, nice park

Pros: Very nice hotel location. Nice gardens with water and swimming pools. Room and bed very comfortable

Cons: I was shocked to hear we had to pay 30 dollar a night for parking. This was our 4th stay here. But this was a unfortuned suprise, since we never had to pay for parking before.

Wonderful and comfortable location for visiting Disney.

Pros: Conveniently located 10 minutes from Disney Springs. Comfortable accommodations, very clean, beautiful property. 2 bedrooms accomodate comfortably 2 couples or more, with 2 full bathrooms.

Cons: The fact that housekeeping was only every other day. It was not an issue for us, but it might be for some travelers. Also I could not talk to front desk from the phone, making it harder to ask for anything. Front desk was kind of far from my room when I needed extra coffee for breakfast.
