Great confort and excellent staff service!

Pros: The hotel may be a little dated, but it is very well preserved and offers great comfort. The rooms and beds are larger than average, allowed us to rest wonderfully after long days. What truly made the difference was the kindness and excellent service of the staff—especially Julian at the breakfast desk, who made every morning a pleasure. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and the shuttle to Disney was punctual, frequent, and very convenient. We definitely recommend this hotel

Pros: Good facility Good breakfast Good staffs Early entry for all Disney parks

Cons: Shuttle buses are operated with two lines only, one is for Magic kingdom / Epcot and the other for Animal Kingdom and Hollywood studio. All buses leave the hotel at 05 minutes of every hour only, so that we cannot arrive at the park before Early entry time.

Pros: breakfast was nice, amazing staff. rooms and beds amazing. location was great!! pool was super nice too.

Pros: Location was perfect. The transportation to the parks worked without any issues. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Pool was crystal clear and plenty of seats whether you like the sun or sit in the shade. Last but not least the bed was incredibly comfortable allowing a good night's sleep after strenuous days at the parks

Cons: Lighting in the rooms was poor and switches not in the best places

Great hotel, will definitely stay here again

Pros: Great hotel - large suite with a sofa and two beds. Great transportation to Disney parks and very reliable! Staff especially Jon on reception were very friendly and helpful. Plenty or parking and only around 20 minutes from the airport.
