Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort - Free Shuttle to Theme Parks!

Completely enhanced my holiday

Pros: Loved the look of the hotel. From the water Brook in reception to the very dectrive pool.the grounds and gardens are beautiful, well planned and kept In excellent condition. The room are very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly . Overall I could not fault the hotel. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Cons: I did notice the restaurant wasn't used very much. Most days it was empty. Maybe something to think about, in terms of price and menu.

The hotel has a magical view. Rooms were spacious. Needs a bit of maintainance

Pros: room was fine, breakfast was good, Waiters were very good.

Cons: Hotel needs a little maintenance. Elevator stopped while all my family were inside and checking out for transportation to our cruise in Port Canaveral. The driver left us and I had to pay for the additional transportation 0f 200 USD.

My family loved the facilities at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Pros: We had a fabulous stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort. This hotel offered the best customer service I have ever had at any hotel. My family loved the pool area.

Cons: The self parking is a little way from the lobby. This is really only a problem in the middle of summer.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, the pool and the restaurants were very nice, and the location truly convenient.

Cons: Parking was expensive

Pros: Great hotel. Parrot Merlot made a welcoming environment even more special. Dinner was superb with Japanese cuisine and delicious desserts.

Cons: Room furniture and bathroom amenities would need some refreshing. Also, breakfast could have more choice.

Pros: 1- location 2- very clean 3' stuff 4- view 5- swimming pool 6- room size 7- The resort is very large and the garden and view are very beautiful and quiet.

Cons: 1- The resort fee 2- Breakfast need to be more improved , means more selection and more tasty. 3- gym treadmill very old 4- parking to costly and self parking far away 5- TV more world channel

An excellent hotel resort, perfect for vacations, conferences and weddings, set in beautiful grounds

Pros: Superb in all areas. Amazing swimming pool with rock waterfalls and swim through caves Staff excellent and even remembered our regular drinks.

Pros: It’s a grand hotel with beautiful well maintained grounds and garden. Its spacious lobby ensures it never feels too busy.

Cons: The car parking charges are outrageous. $50+ for valet parking plus tips over and above makes self parking more affordable even @$35+ but with such long walks to the lobby with the slopes makes it hard for those of us who are getting old.

Would definitely recommend.

Pros: The staff, room and facilities were excellent. Amazing choice of swimming pools and all to a high standard. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Food was very good and service couldn’t be faulted.

Cons: Car parking is very expensive, self parking at $36 a day. Some of the pool furniture needed replacing as it was broken and was a safety hazard.
