Pros: Good location in walking distance to outlets Big comfortable bed & kitchenette

Cons: Noisy all night in hallways

Great location to the shops!

Pros: Great location to the shops! We were on building 7 which was so close to the shops. This was the key reason we booked this as we didn’t have a car and wanted to take advantage of it being so close

Cons: The property was all in all okay, slightly outdated but this is to be expected often in Florida. Staff were quite pushy with the time share presentation. When you checked in they said they wanted to give you a free gift and then proceeded to be quite forceful trying to get you to book into a time-slot for the presentation, we were there for a relaxing holiday and this didn’t set the holiday off on the right note

Pros: Good pools with jacuzzis, clean and tidy with good parking. Very helpful and polite staff. great location for parks and shops

Fabulous friendly Clean Resort

Pros: The location was great walking distance to outlets, fabulous pool area with amenities. Well kept resort with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and very clean àpartment. Staff very vigilant on security and felt safe in this complex.

Cons: The early checkout of 10:00

We like it so much this was our 3rd visit.

Pros: Fabulous 1 bedroom suite which was kept spotless by exceptional friendly staff. A lovely pool and hot tub. And, right beside outlets!

Cons: Constant hum from mechanical equipment beside pool.

Lovely stay. Would definitely return

Pros: Staff were very welcoming. The complex is beautifully kept with lovely grounds and facilities. The location is perfect with a Publix supermarket across the road, lots of restaurants in the general area and direct access to Vineland Premium Outlets for some shopping.

Cons: We had an issue with our front door not locking from the outside when we left. This was rectified relatively quickly but it's worth checking the handle every time you leave your apartment as its a pretty serious security issue.

Pros: It was clean and the staff was nice. Beds were comfortable and the area the hotel was in was perfect. Close to Disney, right next to the mall a pharmacy and a Publix.

Cons: There were two things that bothered us a little bit but this is criticising on the highest level: - there was a concert early in the day by the pool. Music was good but waayyy to loud. I couldn’t even understand my husband right next to me. - as we stayed more than a week they called and asked if we were interested in a time share presentation… I declined and all was good. It was a polite ask and they didn’t pressure us, but still… Nevertheless we will definitely stay in that hotel again.

Great location for the parks and shopping

Pros: The location was perfect for shopping, the iTrolley and to visit all the parks. The grounds were very well maintained. Apartment a bit worn but had all the amenities we needed.

Cons: The check in did not go smoothly. Had to insist I had booked a 2 bedroom and not a 1 bedroom as they insisted I had. Lady at the counter had a bit of an attitude. Then after deducting the payment she insisted it hadn't gone through and wanted to deduct it again. I refused as saw it debited from my account. This was the ONLY incident we had and was eventually sorted.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable. The hotel is very spacious

5* we will be back!

Cons: The coffee machine in the room didn't always work, always said it needed a clean cycle. The parking isn't the best. We got lucky because the overspill car park was beside our apartment block
