Great hotel for Disney and Universal

Pros: Large comfortable rooms, great location for Disney and Universal. Quiet pool area, lovely grounds and plenty of food places nearby.

Cons: Staff try hard to get you onto a timeshare presentation when you check in.

Perfect for everyone!

Pros: Really friendly staff, good parking facility, just a all round happy place! Will 100% return

Cons: A/C in the room was pretty loud and coming on at early hours of the morning

Pros: Overall the complex was excellent, very clean and attentive staff. Pool area was extensive and plenty of options to relax.

Cons: We didn't have a balcony, I would book a room with a balcony if we were to revisit.

Pros: The location, the facilites onsite and in the surrounding area are just perfect

Lovely hotel in a good location but just be aware of the daily fees.

Pros: Hotel itself was great with lovely big rooms, which were very clean, and two good sized pools. The hotel staff were always very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location if you want to go to either Disney or Universal (both about 15-20 mins drive depending on traffic). It also had a lot of free, onsite parking which was great for us!

Cons: I didn't like the daily fees for the hotel ($25/day). We were told this was for daily servicing and we also received either free small bottle of water or a coffee each a day for this. The coffees, however, could only be hot/black coffees and nothing else. It did feel a little like hidden fees and I am not sure that what we received was worth $25 a day. I think it would be better to simply include this in the overall cost of the hotel for transparency, although this does appear to be something that is fairly standard in Orlando, so just read the small print! Overall, we did really enjoy our stay.

Pros: The suite we has was beautiful Having its own washing machine was great Hotel was beautifully clean and grounds were kept wonderfully.

Pros: Fantastic place to relax and enjoy Orlando. Pool and facilities were great.

Always had a good time with my son and his family.

Pros: The lunch and dinner was good everything came out hot and tasted great.

Cons: Not enough pans to cook with and no flat cooking sheet if you needed to bake biscuits or something else.
