Nice stay in Orlando!

Pros: Pretty much everything. New and clean hotel, confortable rooms and beds. Good location and good breakfast (european style)

Cons: The people who works at breakfast (majoriry of them) were not friendly/gentle.

For such a short trip I had a marvelous time were I stayed. Clean , safe and friendly

Pros: All good, like the AC properties as I know exactly what I will get. Booked via third party app though as easier whilst travelling and not sure if I get my Marriott Bobby points which is disappointing and Reduces incentive to keep using properties when choosing a hotel

Price performance ratio excellent. Good breakfast and comfortable beds and pillows.

Pros: The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the price very reasonable. The lady that serves the breakfast is very kind and provided us an excellent service. Great parking. We liked the hotel very much and the price performance ratio is excellent. The Hotel has everything one needs, except a balcony.

Cons: This is the third time we are there and everytime the sliding door to open and close the bathroom gets out of its rail so this is always a problem. The cleaning is being done, but would need to smell better afterwards.

Fantastic hotel, so welcoming!

Pros: Fantastic welcoming staff, clean and professional hotel Love the space in the hotel room and all the organisational racks etc Pool lovely and clean Really was an enjoyable stay!

Cons: Parking fee is too high, the only put off to returning to the hotel

Good stay, would recommend

Pros: The hotel was nice. The room was spacious. Unaware to us, upon arrival you have to pay a $20 per night security deposit. If they are no incidentals you will received the deposit back which was fine. The cocktails were nice, but only two bottles of water were complimentary after that we had to pay for our own water. The water dispenser on the third floor of the hotel did not work correctly. The gym facilities were sufficient enough and water, earphones and towels were available free of charge at the gym. The hotel shuttle to universal studios was very convenient and punctual. The pool facilities were great, only downside was it is infront of that carpark so you can be seen my onlookers, the pool is enclosed but also near the highway, so it is not a tranquil experience but still sufficient, towels are also available free of charge at the pool.
