A lovely hotel-great pool-enjoyable stay

Pros: Pool was lovely & the kids really liked the slides-we had a quick dip early in the morning & we’re the only ones in the pool which was nice The hotel was very clean, tidy & well decorated & we had a door that opened straight out to the pool area which was lovely Room was a good size for a family of 4

Pros: Good pool area and nice rooms. Great area close to Disney.

Cons: I booked 12 months in advance for a pool view with a balcony. I didn’t get a balcony very disappointed even though I paid for one. I also asked for a upper floor room twice and got no reply.

Comfy

Pros: The staff were great at front desk. The free parking was super appreciated. The room was comfy pillow and bed wise. A lovely bathroom. Really clean and comfortable hotel and great location.

Cons: A bottom floor room

Family of 4 and was perfect for what we needed

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location and provides easy access via car to Vineland retail outlets, restaurants, and Disney springs and the main popular activities in Orlando. The amount of food choices nearby was a great positive, and a good selection was available in walkable distances. I had a king-size room and balcony poolside (stayed on two separate occasions over my break) room, which were both brilliant, the rooms had fridge, microwave, safe and iron/ironing board.

Cons: There were a few leaks in common areas after heavy rain. The door to my room required a special knack to open but was fine once the maintenance man taught me the trick.

Great location, superb swimming pool and area and comfortable rooms.

Pros: Check in was super quick and front desk each time we spoke to them were welcoming and helpful. Balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortable beds. Fantastic swimming pool and chairs/beds under umbrellas for shade. Having a Starbucks on site and laundry.

Cons: We had to ask for more towels every day as the cleaners did not leave enough in our room. One day no extra toilet roll and so again had to ask for more.

Pros: The pool area was outstanding. What a nice treat for kids to enjoy and plenty of room for parents to lounge.

Cons: The king suite was a great option for traveling with an infant however the door to the bedroom being made of glass made it very difficult to keep a dark room for baby sleep. Also both televisions in the room were a problem. The tv in the seating area would not turn off. The remote didn’t work and the power button on the tv did not work. We had to unplug the tv to go to bed. The tv in the bedroom turned itself on at 2:30 in the morning and lit up the whole room with our sleeping baby. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Good value for money - very clean, nice pools, good access to Disney.

Pros: Restaurant available for breakfast and bar food for evening meals. All the food was good quality and choice but not cheap.

Cons: Check in was a little protracted with queues at the desk. I was refused a one hour late check out.

Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious. Facilities were very good and staff helpful.
