Our home away from home

Pros: Free hot breakfast, all day free coffee and hot cocoa. Location, close to restaurants (must try Hungry Crab) and fast food KFC, Pizza Hut). Also if you need more bottled water, there are walkable grocery stores. The staff were nice and attentive too, unlike some bad reviews. They are now highlighting tickets if you have a car as it will be towed if you don’t have one flashed on the dashboard. There is shuttle bus to Disney theme parks too. If u get left behind at night from Magic Kingdom (like us on Dec30), u can take monorail to Epcot and take Uber from there as it is closer to hotel.

Cons: A bit dated but doesn’t affect the overall comfy stay.

Pros: Nice position to get to Disneyworld and Universal studios. Efficient shuttle service and good breakfast

Cons: We forgot some clothes in the wardrobe at checkout and needed fast shipping of the items before leaving the country. unfortunately we couldn't get in touch with the hotel through booking.com email

We had a really nice stay. Everyone working were friendly and lovely and more than happy to help.

Pros: Breakfast- lots of great choices, very friendly service. Beds were real comfy. Everyone working here were friendly and lovely. Room was cleaned daily. We really enjoyed the service.

Cons: Room was a bit dated, bathtub finish was gone felt like sandpaper.

A great value stay near the theme parks.

Pros: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom is also of a good size. Breakfast had good variety, staff were friendly and the free shuttles to Disney and Universal were on time.

Cons: The room itself was very humid for our entire stay and meant that the bedding and our clothes were always slightly damp. Even though we kept the temperature comfortable using the A/C, the dry setting never removed the moisture from the room.

I would recomend this hotel, but things could get improved.

Pros: The room and hotel were super clean. I like the shower amenities. Location was really good (around $10 Uber to Disney) and the shuttle was good (you should have more open and closing hoursschedule time for the theme parks, but it helped us to save some money. The laundry area was useful ($8 clean and dry), but no laundry products were provided.

Cons: I was expecting more from the breakfast. Every day was pretty much the same thing (hot plates: Bacon, sausage, pork burger, potato and eggs - 4 types each day). After a few days, we didn't want to have breakfast there anymore. No Nutella. Also, the quality of the bacon and sausage was not good. After 8:45 am, a big line formed in the breakfast area every day, and staff controlled how much you could have from the hot dishes on our plates. The line to make pancakes was huge as well (maybe add more machines). I also fell close to the pancake area and hit my head because the floor was slippered. If it were an elderly person, it would have been a disaster. No one came to help or check on me. The shuttle was useful, but really old and late most days. You could also offer a shuttle a few times a day to the main outlet.

Good in general

Pros: Front desk attention. Really great, polite and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast should be better.

Pros: Friendly staff, reception desk 24hrs, clean, new bed linen, varied breakfast, pool & gym, location.

Cons: Nothing bad to mention. I got exactly what I looked for. Thank you.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: The breakfast was really nice and it’s close to many places.

Cons: One of the days was in maintenance the pool and unfortunately I couldn’t enjoyed the facility.

Pros: It's great location near to shoping places and Disney World resort

Pros: Overall this was a good value price Breakfast was above expectation for this type of hotel range. There's tea and coffee available 24/7
