One night stay

Pros: Convenient location close to Disney parks but much more affordable. Family room for 5 available and quite ok. We were able to check in early. Recommend for a short Disney stay.

Cons: Breakfast was chaotic and had poor choice. Aida bed wasn’t made for us so I had to make it since it was late. Would have loved for the parking to be included in the price. We didn’t use the pool or restaurant facilities so I can’t comment on that.

Pros: Everything was great. Buffett breakfast, pool and shuttle to Disney world was very convenient.

Cons: The last shuttle from Magic Kingdom departed at 10:00 pm, which made it very difficult to catch if you stayed for the 9:00 pm fireworks. We had to rush through large crowds to reach the monorail, then run again to the bus stop, which is a fair walk from where the monorail drops you off. It would have been much easier if the shuttle operated until at least 10:30 pm.

Great Hotel

Pros: Very nice hotel, with a very spacious room, very well equipped, the hotel has also a very big parking and the staff was very nice

Excellent location and value for money

Pros: The breakfast was good and hot. The location was excellent, easy access to shopping and Disney Springs

Cons: Only negative was after a certain time in the day towards early evening the hot water in the bathroom was minimum.

Pros: Hotel was really nice and offered a shuttle service to disney. The breakfast wasn't bad. Rooms were comfortable.

Cons: Way too much air freshener sprayed in the rooms and hallway. It was actually quiet sickening.

Pleasantly surprised! Overall excellent value for money.

Pros: Great location, spacious rooms, pool and a direct shuttle to Disney parks. There is also a guest laundry on each level which is perfect when travelling as a family. Our room faced the pool which was nice. Breakfast is basic but good enough to start each day. Would recommend for families!

We stayed for 9 days and had a great time other than the shuttle experience.

Pros: A/C worked really well. The room we had was very quiet.

Cons: Breakfast hot items could change day to day but was still good enough to start your day. Maingate Transportation was terrible. I tried booking at exactly 24 hours the day before like they say and could not get on the bus. We got on 1 day and they never showed up at the scheduled time. for pick up and it poured that night and we got soaked.

Pros: Location and Cleanliness. It is located in a very nice environment, close to shops, restaurants, and a walking distance to the Orlando premium outlet mall.

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Great size room very clean and quiet. Part of 3 hotels together in this block so shared some of the services. The shared gym was great and very quiet. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice

Cons: All utensils in the room and breakfast area were plastic or paper disposables - why. Must be cost! Also I found it strange that the Starbucks and the food village was closed late morning and early afternoon - why!
