Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs® Area

Very happy with Wyndham. Recommend for a budget Disney stay.

Pros: Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and staff were lovely.

Cons: Buses to Disney departed every hour so transportation was a little difficult.

Great choice for Disney experience

Pros: Great location, less than a 10-minute walk to Disney Springs. We were given a room in the side wing, which has its own parking area. Overall, everything was convenient: the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The room has a coffee maker, two tea bags, and four coffee pods. Only plastic cups are provided. There’s a convenient free shuttle to all Disney parks, running every hour both ways, up to one hour after park closing. In the lobby, there’s a 24/7 shop with essentials like water and snacks. Until the evening they also sell pastries and coffee.

Cons: Our room felt a bit like a motel, with a view of the parking lot from the room. The bathroom door didn’t close very well. Personally, I found it a bit inconvenient that the shower didn’t have a handheld showerhead. The housekeeper doesn’t speak English at all.

Pros: The proximity to Disney Springs, there’s a bridge that takes you straight there. Excellent shuttle bus service to Magic Kingdom. Expensive breakfast but as a treat it was great because they served freshly made Micky Mouse waffles.

Cons: Humidity smell in the room.

Excellent stay - Our favourite hotel in the area

Pros: Our favourite hotel when coming to Orlando. This was our 12th stay and we love the proximity to Disney Springs, the refurbished rooms, the gorgeously scented lobby, the manicured gardens and the fabulous swimming pool. The black out blinds in the rooms work perfectly, the bedding is of excellent quality and the beds and pillows are super comfortable.

Cons: Everything was perfect

We have found our Happy Place to stay in the Walt Disney World

Pros: The hotel has the best location for strolling into Dysney Springs. It is very clean, all the staff are very freindly professional and helpful. The pool has a nice relaxed vibe and the pool bar serves good quality food. The Joffrey's Coffee bar provides propper English Tea made with boiling water, which is a virtually unherd of the the USA and a great start to the day. Rooms are very well serviced and the showers can be nice and powerful if preferred. There is a regular and easy to book coach service to the Disney Parks included in the resort charge, to avoid the Disney Parking Fees. The hotel has an indoor bar area which we prefer to many Disney Hotels where you are restricted to a pool bar with plastic glasses and higher prices.

Cons: We have no complaints that would not apply to every other hotel associated with Disney. Mini-mart items are overpriced as in all hotels.
