Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area

Pros: The room we booked had a smell and the staff kindly explained that to us. They responded by upgrading us for no extra charge. The care and sincerity of this hotel was great to see. The room was amazing well kept and cleaned each day and the pool was always warm. I swam on a 3 degrees day.

Cons: I felt the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking.

Amazing stay

Pros: Fantastic views, great amenities, amazing value for money with free food and drinks and fab staff.

Cons: There should be a car parking charge cap. $25 plus tax per day adds up especially for international guests who tend to stay for 14 days. The onsite shop is really expensive although you can get deliveries via Amazon.

Pros: The pool is great, staff very friendly and helpful. Room is big and comfortable, transportation very often to all parks and disney springs. Great hotel in a great price

2nd time staying!

Pros: My second time staying with my family here, and it was wonderful again. Since my last stay 2 years ago, they increased their vegetarian food options for the evening dinner. Very clean everywhere, Disney shuttles were always on time, if anything they were always 10 minutes early. They had a variety of food options for dinner and breakfast every day. Despite it being a Disney, family hotel, never experienced any noise issues at night, slept well, always quiet. All staff were very nice. The area is very safe, went for walks with my family every evening after dinner.

Amazing so much included for the price.

Pros: Proximity to Disney Springs. Shuttle buses to parks (we only did one night so we did use) Amazed that a free breakfast and kickback diner are included in your stay as well as free tea/coffee 24hrs and soda and popcorn from 4pm-8pm. Plus for adults if you want it up to 3 free alcoholic drinks 5-30-7-30. You can save a lot of money on food and drink while staying here. 👍 Will definitely be coming back.

Pros: As always, only super, i was only in the door of the hotel, and the staff came up to myself and my wife sonja and said welcome back, Its great to see the same staff in the hotel, i cant give this enough praise, from the breakfast to the kickback it is just Great🍺 rooms are spotless and the staff, A very Happy Christmas to isabell and her Team, see you next year☘️ Niall & Sonja

Modern, central and amazing.

Pros: Great clean modern property with helpful friendly staff. This was our second time staying in 2 years and we will be back. The hotel is in a great location with shuttle services to Disney parks and a short walk to Disney Springs. The breakfast and evening kickbacks are a great help with costs.

Lovely hotel close to Disney Springs

Pros: Lovely hotel, close to Disney springs. Free shuttle bus. Free breakfast & free happy hour food and drinks each day. Restaurant on site and large pool. Ideal family hotel. Very friendly staff. We were able to see the fireworks from our hotel at 9

Cons: We didn’t realise it was spring break and it was full of families (we just prefer smaller quieter hotels)

Excerpt location and facilities

Pros: Excellent location around 10-15 minute walk to Disney Springs but also had a regular shuttle service to Disney Springs as well as all the other Disney Parks.

Cons: The breakfast and kick-back was good as was included within the price, however it was very hectic in the dining area at these times. Also bear in mind there is about a $25 charge per day for car parking.

Excellent facilities , near to Disney Springs and WDW. Large room and balcony very comfortable.

Pros: breakfast selection was very good but stayed the same every day. No real butter to go on toast. Good that it started from 6am to get an early start into the parks. Great to have coffee on demand - decaf too. Used the shuttle bus a couple of times and it ran on time and regularly. Housekeeping every day and spacious bathroom .

Cons: prices in the little shop were hugely inflated . $3.75 for a chocolate bar! Lifts got very busy at peak times. Didnt have the free drinks at kickback as they came in plastic glasses and the bar/restaurant felt like a school canteen. Not a cosy space to spend time.
