Super conference hotel

Pros: Good facilities and selection of restaurants. Excellent pool area.

Cons: Lots of fees on top of room rate - resort fee etc etc

Pros: Staff was really professional and friendly at same time. Facilities were clean and everything was available at the site.

Great family vacations

Pros: They are very flexible ref. the use of the pool (you can use them even before check in/ check out time), they were flexible with late check out (compensating for the late check in); facilities are good and comfortable; pantry is a nice place to have light meals even if you brought food from outside.

Cons: My room was only available after check in time; bathroom's curtains didn't go down to the floor and the entire bathroom floor would be splashed with water after the shower,

Fun resort with proximity to Disney

Pros: I hadn't stayed at this hotel in years, and it was nice to come back. You can tell it's been refreshed and it's still a convenient and fun hotel for families. Shuttle to parks was mostly confortable and efficient, rooms were nice (no carpet!) and breakfast although a bit pricey was very good. My sister thoroughly enjoyed the gym and pool. The proximity to disney is also great!

Cons: The hotel was suuuuper packed with conventions, so it's not exactly relaxing at times to be on vacation and have long lines and waits to grab food at the pantry. It can also get very noisy and busy especially in the evenings. Everything now seems to be done through the Bonvoy app, and I had a hard time reaching front desk by phone from the room. However, when I did have to line up at front desk to ask for help, they were friendly and efficient. We had a small cleaning mishap where we asked them to send housekeeping to our room in the afternoon since we would be out all day and when we got back it hadn't been cleaned. In addition, one of the nights the shuttle coming back from the park was quite packed and some of the guests in our party had to stand - not a huge deal but you can tell some people probably hadn't booked that particular time slot and still used the service which ended up overpacking the bus. Wfi is not free and as easy to access from the rooms - again app and sign up to Bonvoy is necessary (kind of a pain). Also, I had mentioned it when booking that it was my sister's 30th birthday celebration and we didn't even receive as much as a happy birthday so that was a bit of a letdown.

Perfect hotel and room

Pros: Beautiful room and clean with amazing views of the pool. Choice of restaurants. The pools were really beautiful and was not too crowded

Cons: Freezing in the hallways. The air was blasting too high on the hallways it was like a wind when you walked past and so cold. When we came back from the pool I would run past it cuz was even worse. First day when I checked in the reception lady was wearing mask and could barely hear or understand what she was saying. She was very abrupt and very cold reception from her. Felt like she hated to be there and made me very uncomfortable.

Pros: We had 3 days convention in the hotel and everything was so great and convenient. Spacious room, view amazing to the pool, so many places to eat. Great atmosphere and everything you need staying in this amazing hotel.

I will recommend it!

Pros: The room was very comfortable. I could see the amazing pool from my balcony.I had breakfast at the buffet one morning and I also had coffee and quick snack other mornings.

Cons: I liked all the amenities. I was there for a teacher conference. The event was great!

Great resort. Plenty to do. Pool area is fantastic with great music

Pros: Great location and facilities. Pool area was fantastic & room was spacious. Specially enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. Also bar area sushi was delicious. My son loved all the facilities specially the water park.

Cons: Staff could be a little more helpful. Although some of the bar staff were great. Also people who organise trips. Reception not so great but no major problems

Nice escape but glad to go!

Pros: I enjoyed this hotel. The pool was fantastic and the staff was awesome.

Cons: I didn't like waiting for my room. I had to go to the front to ask for my room. I received notification that my room was ready long after I had checked in. I wasn't impressed with my room accommodations at all. It was the worse suite I've ever stayed in.

Pros: Зона бассейна, горок классная. Везде комфортно. Жалко, что бассейн не такой глубокий, но это не минус, детям в самый раз! Обслуживание на бассейне и на ресепшн отличное. В номерах очень хорошо убирались.

Cons: А вот во время завтрака мне немного не понравилось как к нам обращались на входе (закатывание глаз, перешептывания). Я понимаю, людей было очень много, не всегда мои дети ведут себя в соответствии с культурными особенностями, например не знают, что нужно садится, куда поведет хостесс. В отелях Турции, к которым они привыкли all inclusive формата занимаешь любой стол. Просто хостессам на входе нужно понимать, что приезжают люди разные, а не только из США. В основном такое отношение было от молодежи на входе, а официанты были очень вежливые и чуткие.
